I actually wanna talk about amber heard's ex assistant Kate James who testifed against amber and was the 3rd or 4th person to testifed in court. The whole thing with Kate James is a interesting case because despite being seen as like the key show that amber wasn't a good person for his fans. Kate James however is just the same as anyone who defended depp and caught in lies.

The most infamous is when Kate accused of Amber for stealing her rape story to pass it as her own. When this came out. Everyone was hating on amber more than she was getting. Yet during the deposition during his lawsuit against The Sun newspaper. They asked her if she read the paragraph where amber brings up the rape story, she answers no. How can you say that she stole it but than admitting that you read the paragrah? It's upsetting this lie has been debunked and yet, it never goes viral for the whole world to see.

During her testimony, Kate James appears to be hostile towards amber's lawyers but not so with Depp's lawyers. In certain times, she'll answers questions with 'I don't recall' or 'I don't know' which is a pattern you'll from his witnesses. However this only happens when her lawyers are questioning them. When it's his lawyers than all of sudden they remember everything. Kate appears not have an concerns for amber and like any other victim blamers, she questions amber's choice on how she deals with trauma.

Kate has also accused of amber being a terrible boss towards her like how she spat on her face, yet she never mentions this in her witness statement nor when she's being questioned. It's also worth noting that Kate doesn't mention the rape story that she claims amber stole from her. One of the things that kate says is that amber was paying her less than what her payment should be. She was getting $25 an hour meaning that she was getting $50 000 a year that's half a million. She was basically getting more money than someone who was working part-time minimum wage at a fast food restaurant or at a cafe.

She also claims that Johnny Depp was a southern gentleman. However these texts of him wanting to burn and kill amber or his misogynist words towards womens gives you a different story.
