Something I'm really irrationally angry about is how much better Taunie's drip is than Urbain's.
Urbain's pink sneakers are iconic, I love them, but WHY THE JACKET AND SWEATPANTS MY MAN!? It just makes no sense to me. He looks ridiculous. But also it kind of fits his personality tbh... This is a man who would take out a loan without reading the fine print...
I go feral for Glinda wearing Elphie's boots and hat after Elphie "dies". I think wearing someone else's clothes would be the closest Glinda could feel to them without being with them. She would cling to any scrap that Elphie left behind.
I found the idea of my husband being my Cavalier and me being a Necromancer a lot more romantic before the ending of Gideon the Ninth. I liked it better when it was just about devotion and had less cannibalism.
