Honestly, it's a sad day when my own state's inadequacies force me to agree with Donald Trump on something. The California ruling in the Kate Steinle case is disgusting and disgraceful, and sometimes its things like this that make it really hard for me to always love my state. This case has very little to do with gun laws and everything to do with immigration reform. The guy was deported back to Mexico as a criminal FIVE DIFFERENT TIMES before he killed Kate Steinle!!! We have major flaws in our goddamn legal system, and they drastically need to be fixed, as does the ruling on this case. It's absolutely disgusting. California condemns gun violence vehemently, yet we're letting this guy walk; where is the goddamn logic in that? Somebody please point it out to me. Most of the time I love my state, and I love my country, but it's honestly getting difficult to deny that it's starting to look like everything is going straight to hell in a hand basket. #kateslaw #sometimescaliforniaisstupid #immigrationreform katesteinle #weregoingtohellinahandbasket #repost @thesheepdogdefenseproject (at San Diego, California)
