SO!! following this post here, im going to share some of my favourite kevaaron/ aaron-centric/ twinyards fics for u guys that asked!! i hope u enjoy them as much as i did<3<3 (most of these are kevaaron centric tho because i haven't read twinyards centric fics as i have kevaaron ones but i'll update it once I read more fics about them if any of u are interested!!)

In this fic Aaron downloads Grindr after his breakup with Katelyn to basically experiment his sexuality a bit and move on? anyway, this fic is SO good like honestly the angst, the slight miscommunication, the fluff it was such a good read and i recommend basically all of the fics from these author because their fics are top tier istg.

okay im going to be very honest, the kevaaron in here is VERY background because the fic focuses on Aaron's character and the twins' relationship but oh my god, the way the author writes Aaron is exactly how i imagine he actually is. They literally wrote THE Aaron Minyard, the characterization is chef's kiss, idk how to put into words but i think this might be the best twinyards fic I've ever read??? It's SO good

i think this might actually be my favourite fic in the entire world?? so basically a terrible earthquake hits California with a 6.3 magnitude and Aaron Being an amazing doctor is broadcasted to everyone. The Kevaaron is present but Aaron being appreciated and loved by everyone is the main focus (in my opinion!), it's such a light, cute and funny fic, i love it SO much

okay this fic‼️ basically Kevin has a nightmare and chokes Aaron by accident, Aaron fearing for Kevin's life when Andrew finds out pretends to be hooking up with him when Andrew comes to check on the cause of the noise (btw the bruises resemble hickeys thats why everyone believes it). Everyone thinks that theyre dating and it's a really cute fic overall, i love it!

dude the angst in this fic omg 💔💔 it's such an emotional rollercoaster but it's SO satisfying in the end; miscommunication final boss in the form of a fic lowkey. it all starts when kevin kisses (or basically makes out) aaron on his last day before graduation and then downplays it as if it's just a goodbye and idk how to explain the rest of the fic without spoiling it😞😞BUT YES ITS SOOO GOOD!!!

Aaron in this fic actually broke my heart, he's SO emotionally drained and defeated. So in the summer of his second year, Aaron starts ignoring everyone but him and Kevin spend summer nights together and feelings eventually develop on Aaron's end. there's a lot of angst in this fic tbh but it's the perfect balance of sweet and bitter it's so lovely. there's also loads of twinyards angst AND development in their relationship which i love!! fair warning tho, neil is a bit of a prick in this but it's aaron n neil we're talking about here so

while reading this fic i could literally feel pieces of my broken heart slowly filling my stomach and leaving me hollow in my chest. the angst, the miscommunication, the pain, the doubts oh my god!! when i tell you i had to take an emotional break after each chapter?? the writing made me feel what aaron was feeling i was literally tearing up on each fucking chapter. I'm not an avid miscommunication reader and i usually don't like it very much but it was so perfect here. Im so in love with this fic idk how to describe it without going overboard and spoiling it but you HAVE to check this fic out it's so perfect.

merman!kevin AU‼️it's such a cute fic tbh, its an open ending but not an unhappy yk?? So basically Nicky owns a beach house that Aaron decides to spend some of his summer in on his own and one morning during his run, he finds merman Kevin injured on the edge of the water, unable to move his tail. After some banter, Aaron convinces Kevin to let him take him to his house in order to patch him up (anytime Aaron does anything medical related in any fic i lose my mind like thats my man omg) and their friendship develops from there on out<33 it's honestly a light read and it's really good

this is a katevaaron fic and it introduced me to the wonderful world of this ship, they fit each other so well omg😭😭 basically it takes three breakups for them to figure out that all three of them need each other and that they should be in a relationship. Lots of insecurities, angst and time skips. AND THERE'S NO CHEATING!!! EVER!!!!

the first few chapters are VERY depressing, i felt like throwing up because i couldn't stomach Kevin Day being in pain like he went through ENOUGH please 😞😞 but it gets so much better i swear. So basically, Kevin doesn't manage to escape after Riko shatters his left hand and his ability to play exy with it and is forced to stay in German under pretext of "fixing his hand" after he fell for Tetsuji's words and manipulation. He is later discarded after graduation and thanks to Jean (who managed to escape to the Trojans thank god), he is given the position of assistant coach in a pro exy team (oc) where Aaron chose to play instead of becoming a doctor. Animosity between them turns into night practice turns into a relationship<333 this is such a good fic, it's so bitter at first but then becomes so lovely, i love aaron and kevin's relationship in this fic sm

its such a cute and funny fic omg 😭😭 basically Andrew rejects Kevin's team's proposition for going pro and joining them despite the HUGE amount of money they offered him. Kevin does NOT handle rejection well and goes to confront him without knowing he had a twin; Aaron found the opportunity for free housing and accepts the offer pretending to be Andrew (he doesn't sign it obv cause they need to add aaron's conditions to the contract lmao). Kevin wasn't happy when he found out but hey! Andrew agreed to join them lmao. the fic is so light and fluffy i love it sm<333
