19: underwater kiss
If she thought diving underwater would get her away from Elijah, she was sadly mistaken. He dove down under the water after her. The cliff was rocky, and he thought she was insane for doing this in the first place, she could easily get herself killed. And he'd do his best to stop that. To keep her safe. His arms weaved around Katherine's body as soon as he saw her. In the heat of the moment, Elijah tilted her head up and pressed a kiss against her lips, capturing her mouth with his under the water, as their bodies were swept with the current. They could go anywhere and he wouldn't care right now - they could end up in the middle of the ocean, but it wouldn't matter. All he could focus on was this kiss.
