That was the guy he helped out the other day – Lancer, was it? He really knows how to stick out like a sore thumb with that spiky outfit of his. There wasn’t much of a crowd on where they are, and nobody seemed to be infected with that virus at the moment, so the former detective managed to stride and wave at him with little concern.
“Are you looking for Saint Fragments as well?” He tilted in head, displaying a relaxed posture to invite conversation. “I can’t lend you anything this time, I’m afraid.”
But maybe this friendly acquaintance would be willing to lend some of his. And if he wasn’t, well… some alternatives could be arranged.
It felt almost like he had grown an entirely new arm. As a Servant summoned from the Throne of Heroes, he was expected to have a basic understanding of all the magical concepts that had led to his manifestation here, but even so -- it still boggled his mind when he thought harder about it. Particularly the entire idea of magic as it stood was the strangest. It was such a wide realm that he didn’t know where to start -- so, maybe the best place to start would have been another person, and another Servant at that. ‘Say, you,’ he called out, voice somewhat unsure of how to speak -- he didn’t want to give this one the wrong impression. ‘You’re a Servant, aren’t you? I can’t quite explain it, but I feel something different about you. Maybe it’s the, uh...getup you’ve got on. Makes you look like you’re into some weird things.’
He regret that the moment it came out of his mouth, and quickly made to move the topic somewhere else. ‘What I mean to say is, do you have any idea why someone would be brought here? And moreover, why are we made to gather these...’ He held up a shining prism part, blinking at it. ‘Whatever these are? I went over their explanation a couple times and it still doesn’t sit with me.’

“Just how many of you guys are there?”
A roll of his eyes as he dropped yet another unconscious pedestrian to the floor, taking only enough care that they landed at least a little softly. He was getting the hang of knocking them out-cold without expending a lot of effort or risking possible long term damage, but damnit he was getting tired of milling his way through small groups of excessively violent but kind of harmless people just to get away with a few Fragments.
He wasn’t even sure how many there were, let alone how many he personally needed to get before he could go and relax for a little while. Cu had only been in this world for a short time, but he’d been on the move from the start.
Just then a wooden plank smashed against his back and he stuck his tongue into his cheek, eyes narrowing ever so slightly. This was getting annoying.
An unguided backhand sent the infected man who had assaulted him crumpling to the floor, the Servant turning and staring down at him. Maybe if they had some modicum of strength in them, but no. They were born, or created, or downloaded or whatever without any power or ability. He pitied them, almost.
He sighed.
“You’re all lucky I’m a sentimental kind of guy. Someone crueler or greedier could be here in my place, slaying the whole bunch o’ you folks to get what they want.”
The crimson stare he lent the infected flicked off to the side as he spoke, resting upon a figure whom had appeared a few moments before. The now significantly smaller crowd of raging civilians had withdrawn for a moment, seemingly they had enough sense left in them to recalculate attacking him without a plan.
“As for you, which is it? Cruel, greedy, or sentimental?” A pause. “Or maybe something else?”

In hindsight, she should have known that running into other servants would be a given here. But it still caught her off guard. Of course, they weren’t all going to be like her. The man before looked more prepared for a fight than she did, just a scrawny teenage girl who’s only way of fighting was her magic. And even then...was she going to be able to use it without straining herself?
At least he didn’t look like he was going to attack her or anything, though he looked a little lost, standing at the pastry display.
“E-er, do you..need some help?” she asked tentatively. Maybe he just couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted? It seemed like she wasn’t going to get used to this place at all.
“I think everything is good, probably..” She’d been spoiled on Silky’s cooking though.

“Please forgive me if I seem ungrateful... but why would you make such an offer? I don’t believe we have ever met.” And she certainly would have recalled someone with such a unique appearance. Unable to tell if he was half nude or if he was donning a skin-tight suit, Personal Frame averted her gaze with a blush as she tried to think.
He was asking... because it was night-time? Perhaps? Or was it a trap? But she was already vulnerable, he could simply strike her down here and now! Did it have something to do with her attire? She was told it resembled a night gown of sorts...
Assembling the facts together: 1.) A man was asking a woman over to his house. 2.) It was night. 3.) They were both clad in semi-nude(?) clothing. So it would be...!!
“Are you.... inviting me to a slumber party? If that is the case, I will happily join you!”
