04. What are their favorite traits about their lover? (one psychological and one physical)

The keeper smiles, taking a moment to peer across the crowded street at Saint as he argues with Tyler over... something. Who knows what. She considers, chewing her lower lip before turning back to the stranger. “One of each, you say? Hmm.. Well, if I’d have to choose a physical trait, I’d have to say it’s his arms. It’s.. personal, but I have my reasons,” her eyes shift about, her cheeks reddening. “As for the other trait...” Cadence wrinkles her nose thoughtfully, watching him pull Tyler into a headlock, the blue-haired seeker yelling her protest. Snorting out a laugh and rolling her eyes, she nods. “His ability to enjoy life. In spite of his denial.”

ARCAN’DOR - What is something completely contradictory about who they are? (ie. things they like, personal views, dreams, etc.)

Her very strong, kind of cold and generally intimidating exterior is generally entirely at odds with her soft and fragile interior. It really doesn’t take a lot to get under all that armor she’s built up over time, and she will dwell on things for weeks to months if she lets it eat at her enough. 

Some of this has gotten better over the years, some of it has gotten worse. 

She’s always torn about how she wants to present herself because she does remember being a warmer, friendlier person -- but the current status quo is safer and keeps people at arms length.

🌐 Languages you can speak and/or are learning. Which are you fluent in

I’m only fluent in two languages. Mi’kmaq and English. My first language is Mi’kmaq and I didn’t learn English until I was roughly six years old.

☕️: Our characters meet at a cozy little coffeehouse. Kav's guitar playing is subtle from the corner near a window while the barista enjoys the tune by humming along. It's not a busy day at the cafe.

Business had brought him to the city, as it often did, and any day of the week he could be found nearly anywhere around Azeroth.  He often preferred collecting his own samples for his shop in Booty Bay or dealing directly with suppliers; it always paid to be personable.  After a long day of bartering, he found himself gravitating towards the local coffeehouse in need of a pick-me-up for the remainder of the day.  

After a brief conversation with the barista, he had coffee in hand and tucked himself into a corner of the cafe. Setting his satchel on the floor next to him, he leaned back with a soft groan.  It felt good to be sitting and resting, as much as he enjoyed traveling it could be taxing.

He had noted the music upon entrance, but had only realized it was a familiar face when he was finally settled into his seat.  A smile split his lips as he watched, slipping the woman a wink should she look his way. For now he listened, but should she finish her set soon, the chair across from him would be nudged away from the table with his foot in a silent offer for her to join.

hillsbrad foothills: has your muse ever been under someone / something else’s control? how did they escape?

Illapa’s proficiency with the Void has backfired on him at least once, when he met his match with the forces of the Faceless. While investigating a large-scale Faceless plot, he became corrupted and transformed into one of their monstrous Avatars.

Azeroth would be a lot more tentacle-y if they had succeeded. Fortunately, bands of adventurers from across the world came together to battle the Avatars and thwart their plot. Illapa himself was defeated by an alliance of his friends, victims, and lover.
