i've been looking at psychologists online recently and i think i found the one i want to go to and i might email her?? idk but honestly i'm so glad that this is finally happening? i've known something wasn't right for years tbh and i just want to figure out what's wrong with me and take steps to get better so i can stop being such an inconvenience to everyone

i haven't been on like all winter break (my school still doesn't start until the 20th lmao) but i had a really good christmas and i bought some new clothes and i hurt my wrist falling in a church parking lot and i'm still waiting for the day that i can see a therapist but other than that i'm hanging in there! how was everyone's break so far? :o
