Winter - Vivaldi, The Four Seasons.
Alexandr Hrustevich, Vivaldi

Vivaldi and his orphaned students đ„č
Today is the birthday of Antonio Vivaldi (4 March 1678Â â 28 July 1741). Since I was a small child, when I repeatedly demanded that my parents play a record of "Hivaldi" (sic), he's been my favorite composer. Perhaps he's not as great as Bach or Beethoven, but as a neurodivergent person who struggles constantly with anxiety, I take immense comfort in the many elegant, superbly crafted concertos he wrote. They're an island of order in a roiling sea of disruption.
