Re: Papyrus child headcanon, I think that the 'Papyrus just doesn't realize/likes dangerous things' is pretty valid, considering in one phone call (I've studied them all pffft) he says "THE KING RELEASED A MANDATE ON PUZZLES RECENTLY. HE THINKS SPIKES ARE INEFFECTIVE AND HAZARDOUS TO KIDS. BUT I THINK HE'S WRONG!!! KIDS LOVE DEADLY SPIKES!!!" ALSO I agree about Papyrus not fully realizing Frisk is a child

XDD I really need to do all of those phone calls. As I’ve said before, I never realised HOW MANY there are so I missed almost ALL of them.

Although not a phone call I DID manage to grab this though which I love.

I just went through and reread this all up to now to kinda refresh myself on all that had happened - and I had a chuckle around page 35 when Sans says something along the lines of 'well at least i'm not going to keel over and die right now'. Give yourself 60 pages or so buddy

X’DD If you think that’s funny wait for about another 1000 pages and then re-read some of that dialogue. it makes me look clever like I planned it all very carefully and meticulously instead of banging the story together with a hammer until it resembled something.

How do you get involved in zines? Just find them? They always seem to be done by the time I hear about them haha

i know how you feel though, its always such a bummer finding out about these things when its too late :’DD i follow a lot of artists on twitter, many of them host or contribute to zines so i try to be on the lookout for any new projects they promote! sometimes i even search recent posts with a fandom keyword and “zine” to find any new zines looking for submissions :o

also if you start following zine blogs more of them will pop up in your recommended sidebar, which is how i found another zine project im involved in now!

I COMPLETELY AGREE WITH ALL OF THIS. Like everyone keep making stuff no matter how ‘old’ the fandom is. No matter how many times a concept has already been used. Some of my favorite and most innovative fics in Undertale were started in the last year and based on ground that has been covered before but everyone always has something unique to offer. No matter how many times I’ve read a certain kind of fic I always find new things the individual authors add and its great.

I don’t really have much to add I just wanted to put this on my blog because it’s important.

That was exactly the kind of toy store I was thinking of! The more old fashioned one where they have games and toys on display. And puzzles. It seemed like a very good fit for him~

agggghhh I agree with this so much. I hate thinking of them not living together even if the whole ‘independence’ thing is good. Its just painful to think about, with how much they love and support each other

I keep telling myself “They’re monsters! Not people! They don’t have to live the way human beings do! They can just stay together! They’re siblings after all! Even human siblings live together sometimes! Sometimes forever!”

And then I think about all the different living situations I know of just involving my friends and I feel a little better. Because I don’t think any of my friends have a “normal” living situation as society tells us it should be.

in other words; I justify it in like 50 different ways, both using game logic AND real world logic. As long as I can let them live together forever and not feel it’d hurt them “as people” or something.
