So I've been listening to the audiobook for Words of Radiance while unfucking my apartment from the aftermath of the contractors who were over last week. And right from the moment when Adolin managed to set up thst duel I was thinking "Oh boy you didn't say how many guys he could bring to help him." Kept repeating it out loud every time the topic came up.

Well what do you know the book finally gets to the duel. Just at the moment where everyone realizes what's going on, I bend down to lift something and suddenly my lower back goes POP and I collapse in a groaning heap. Threw my back out bad.

And I can't help but think that it was Adolin Kholin briefly breaching the veil of fiction, reaching out of my phone to snap my back with his bare hands for being a fucking smartass.

Neuvillette

Neuvillette is the type of partner where if you were to play with his long precious locks he'd just DIE. (not literally obviously). He loves your touch and if you were to put little bows in his hair like the melusines he wouldn't change it. He would love it if you didd his hair for him every morning. If you wanted to braid it, he'd totally be at your will. Overall just play with this mans hair he loves it, (pls he's secretly begging).

I'd like to hear some ordnance and landmine trivia

Russian landmines usually come with a secondary fuzing channel in addition to their main fuze (which is typically is a mechanically actuated pressure fuze)

This secondary fuzing channel more often than not takes the form of a standard M10 thread. You know what else comes with an M10 thread?

The ubiquitous UZRG Hand grenade fuze. So if your day isn't exciting enough as it is, you could if you were in possession of one of these things and let's say a TM-62 anti tank mine, create a hand grenade with a net explosive content of close to ten kilograms (twenty pounds) of TNT
