Weird weird ask.

Would kei and kakashi ever get hitched?

Like obviously neither of them are the obsessed-with-marriage-type and are far fartoo young. But like- is it an eventually?

If Kei and Kakashi were going to arrange a wedding for someone else, they'd be very insistent that the other involved people have the best party ever. Something akin to what Minato and Kushina had, even if they already had a new baby who needed to be maneuvered around during the ceremony. Block party for the power couple and all.

For themselves, I think it'd be a matter of a small civil ceremony, and then a dinner party for their friends, and then a weeklong vacation somewhere. They'd likely be almost hostile to anything more elaborate.

Question, in CYB if Kakashi HAD managed to confess any earlier (like in the restaurant before the Danzo thing) would it have been reciprocated? Or would it have been like with Rin?

Kakashi might consider the worst option a flat "no," but a worse one might be an insincere "yes," a failed date or two, and then that experience flattening his chances of exploring a relationship with Kei any further.

Sometimes, people aren't in the right place in their life for certain things, and that's just how it goes.

Kei wasn't interested in any of that for a very long time.

Kei bein jealous is both cute and funny.

Kakashi noticed that Kei seemed really unhappy interacting with Bruce, so he took his cues from that and decided to pull rank to spare her having to talk to him. Not that it really stopped anyone from just chiming in whenever, but in his view, the point was to diffuse the effect of the Bats' attention on her. She's obviously tired and upset. Leave her alone!

Obito correctly determined that he was going to be able to do something elsewhere, and went to facilitate that. Rin agreed.

Kakashi's gonna just keep missing confession opportunities as long as there are more pressing issues. Like a Zetsu clone army.

Glad you liked Kei being all growly. She doesn't get to do that much.

How would kakashi react to finding out he’ll be a dad? Or how would he be AS a dad?

I had a discussion once with Beta about Kakashi as a parent, and we kinda looked at each other, while that sentence sank into the universe, and concluded Kakashi as he's presented in canon...would not be a great parent. For reasons not entirely his fault, of course, but he'd have a lot of work to do to be prepared for having a child.

Which he did not...really do with Team Seven, who were admittedly his students and not his sole responsibility.

Mostly.

He's somewhat better prepared in CYB. There are a lot more people around him whose expertise he can defer to and whose examples he can follow, which gives him more leeway to improve. Kakashi and Kei haven't really had a discussion about pregnancy and children in an immediate sense, due primarily to how much stuff they have going on in other areas.

As for how he'd react to finding out he'll be a dad... I think I covered it in one of the drabbles here.

I'm gonna assume you're asking about Kei, since you didn't specify.

What’s their favorite thing about their significant other, if they have one?

Kakashi cares a lot about his interests. Whether that's novels, dogs, messing with people (read: Obito), training, or anything else, Kei thinks it's cute that he cares so much. And he's generally pretty willing to share most of those experiences (and his opinions thereof) with her, and to listen if she does the reverse.

What’s their body count, if they have one?

Kei's body count is in the triple digits and comprised primarily of enemy combatants. I've never bothered to specify since, well, Kei doesn't always remember what happens during her hulking out moments and Isobu doesn't care.

(Though she usually saves that for lone targets.)
