there's a good gang related kellic i found recently on ao3 called hell's angels. it's only on 3 chapters but the plot sounds interesting and some of her other fics are pretty good too. the author said that it's posted on her wattpad and her tumblr too though :)

I think this might be it, though it’s a little different to what you’re describing. Kellin runs away from his abusive father to a safe house in San Diego where the leader of a gang called Pierce the Veil is staying.
