The New Alya

Okay, yes. Alya has become bitchier and is basically developing into a whole new person. But I actually like that she's basically going off the rails a little bit, who cares if her brutal roast to Bianca was justified? Alya is getting some interesting character development and I'm hyped to see where all this goes. Remember when Jax said to Alya "You never know what's going on in someone's personal life?" Well that's probably gonna apply to Alya and Bianca's situation. Bianca has some shit going on at home and Alya should've known to stay out of it. But it's too late to change that, so we're in for some juicy af drama and plot twists. And don't worry, all this insanity and tension will probably end up with Alya and Bianca making up and some sweet lil Alyanca (Biancalya? Kenwell?) moments. So no worries, you guys.

Bianca Blackwell is Broken

does anyone actually like Bianca? Like, really? Cause everyone seems to dislike her. I love Bianca. Am I alone here? I know she’s done bad, but since episode one I loved her character cause I knew there was a reason behind her actions. She’s very ...I would say depressed, but disney won’t make her that way. But you can tell in the latest episode, she has signs of depression. Her mom doesn’t give her enough attention, so she acts out to get it at school. She knew Alya was amazing and talented, so she makes fun of her because she doesn’t want Alya to steal her spotlight. She was jealous of Alya ‘taking’ Miles away a lot. She doesn’t feel good enough for anything. She got upset over 1 D (lol one direction. sorry) and that shows she really has no self esteem and thinks she will fail everything just because of that. Basically, she’s so, so, so insecure. So, she acts confident but it’s obvious she’s the complete opposite. 

“Get over yourself.” 

No, she wasn’t really saying that. She’s afraid to take criticism because she already feels like shit. So when others try helping, she thinks they’re insulting her. 

When Alya brought up her mom...it broke Bianca. That was such a low blow. Because Alya is smarter than that. You can easily see that Bianca’s mom praised Alya and it made Bianca feel unloved since she called Alya beautiful and basically perfect. “One in a million”? What about your daughter?

unless...there’s another daughter.

“I just wished she’d stop comparing me to--” Bianca said that. I’m guessing she has a big sister or brother...that she feels compared to. 

Poor Bianca. I wish people would realize there’s more to it. It doesn’t excuse her actions, but it should make people at least sympathize with her and relate. 

How many times do we have to see this poor girl cry before someone realizes she’s crying for love and affection?
