The Ao Ao is a goblin-like creature found in Paraguay. The Ao Ao is described as a goblin-like creature with sheep and peccary features and long claws and sharp teeth. The Ao Ao is said to be one of the cursed sons of Tau and Kerana and its diet consists only of people and it is believed to be half human itself which would make it a cannibal. The Ao Ao gets its name from the noise it makes while chasing its victim and no matter the terrain or the distance it is even said to dig up and uproot trees to get its victim down if they climbed one; the Ao Ao won’t stop chasing its victim until it catches them devouring them even their clothes. The only way to avoid an Ao Ao is to climb a coconut tree because they contain some power that wards the Ao Ao off. Skeptics believe that the Ao Ao could be an undiscovered species of monkey or even a living ground sloth.

El chico buscaba una salida, pero la mayoría de las puertas estaban selladas como si fuera que aún no llegaba el soñante para desbloquearla. Consiguió abrir una, que lo llevó a una especie de paraje en la ruta, a lo lejos veía una casa, pero a medida que se iba acercando las luces cesaban, se detuvo un momento, pero como no tenía a donde ir, se dirigió a esa casa. Al llegar, apoyó su oreja sobre la puerta, oyó sonidos de cubiertos, al parecer, alguien estaría cenando... Golpeo inocentemente la puerta. -¿Quién es? -Preguntó dulcemente una chica. -Soy Ewan, necesito ayuda. No sé dónde estoy. -Dijo el chico. -Oh, niño. Lo siento, no puedo ayudarte, vete. -Solo quiero volver a casa. - (Pronunciaba entre lágrimas). Kerana dejó de responder, entonces Ewan asomó a su ventana, experimento algo que él llamaba flashback. Veía una familia cenando en armonía, luego se fue la electricidad, cuando uno de los familiares logró encender unos fósforos era demasiado tarde. Todas y cada una de las personas presentes, estaban... descuartizadas. Él, a tal golpe de sentir desventaja contra la gravedad cayó al suelo inconsciente.

Jasy Jatere is a humanoid creature found in Paraguay. Jasy Jatere is described as a short man with long, blonde hair and blue eyes and he is also seen carrying a golden staff. Jasy Jatere is one of the seven cursed children of Tau and Kerana and is the only one of his brothers not to appear monstrous and he is also the lord of the siesta and the protector of the yerba mate plant. Jasy Jatere leaves the forest turning invisible and going into the villages during siesta time and hypnotizes children who aren’t napping by having them look at his staff. Jasy Jatere is said to then take the children into the woods and pluck their eyes out and feed them berries until they eventually become feral and he feeds the more disobedient children to his brother Ao Ao. If anyone takes Jasy Jatere’  s staff, he is said to throw a tantrum and offers treasures in return for the return of his staff.
