You can taste everything that makes a BLT sandwich great without the bread. These lettuce wraps taste great and are good for people on the keto diet.
Ingredients: 6 slices bacon. 4 large lettuce leaves. 1 large tomato, sliced. 2 tbsp mayonnaise. 1 tsp Dijon mustard. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each lettuce leaf. Place 2 slices of tomato on each lettuce leaf. Top with 2 slices of cooked bacon per lettuce leaf. Season with salt and pepper. Fold lettuce leaves over to create BLT wraps.
