These brownies are made with almond flour and coconut oil and are paleo-friendly. They are rich and chocolatey. They're the best treat you can have without feeling bad!
Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 4 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup dairy-free chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips if using. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares. Enjoy!
