These delicious gluten-free shortbread cookies are buttery, crumbly, and ideal for those who are gluten-intolerant. The rich chocolate coating adds a touch of decadence to this classic treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350F 175C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and salt to the mixture and mix well. Gradually add the gluten-free all-purpose flour and mix until a dough forms. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to about 1/4-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out your desired shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake the cookies for 12-15 minutes or until they turn lightly golden around the edges. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in short intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth. Dip each cooled cookie halfway into the melted chocolate and place them back on the parchment paper. Allow the chocolate to set by placing the cookies in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Once the chocolate has set, the cookies are ready to be served!

These adorable white cake pop dress cookies are not only tasty but also enjoyable to make and decorate. Ideal for themed parties, birthdays, and other special occasions!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1 large egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. White chocolate candy melts. Food coloring various colors. Edible decorations pearls, sprinkles, etc..
Instructions: Melt the butter and mix it with the sugar in a bowl until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix them in well. Mix in the flour and salt little by little until a soft dough forms. Put the dough in the fridge for at least an hour with the lid on. Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Make little balls out of dough and put them on the baking sheet that has been prepared. After the oven is hot, bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are set and the edges are just beginning to turn golden. Take the cookies out of the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool full. Follow the directions on the package to melt the white chocolate candy melts. Cover about half of each cookie with melted white chocolate after the cookies have cooled. After dipping the cookies in chocolate, put them back on the parchment paper to let the chocolate set. To make different dress colors, put the rest of the melted white chocolate into smaller bowls and color each one with a different food coloring. To make the cookies look like dresses, drizzle the colored chocolate on them using a piping bag or a small plastic bag with one corner cut off. Sprinkles or pearls made of chocolate should be added to the dresses while the chocolate is still wet. Let the chocolate set all the way before you serve the cookies or package them.

The Mac Attack Burger is a tasty mix of beef patties that are juicy, creamy mac and cheese, crispy bacon, and a tangy special sauce. All of the flavors come together in one bite!
Ingredients: 1 pound ground beef. Salt and pepper to taste. 4 hamburger buns. 1 cup macaroni and cheese. 4 slices of bacon, cooked crisp. 4 lettuce leaves. 4 slices of tomato. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon ketchup. 1 tablespoon mustard. 1/2 tablespoon pickle relish. 1/2 tablespoon minced onion. 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar. 1/2 tablespoon sugar. 1/4 teaspoon paprika.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 4 burger patties that are all the same size. Add salt and pepper to each patty. The burger patties should be cooked for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them. Add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty and let it melt in the last minute of cooking. Before you start cooking the burgers, toast the buns on the grill until they are just barely brown. To make the special sauce, put mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, minced onion, white vinegar, sugar, and paprika in a small bowl and mix them together. Spread the special sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that. A big scoop of mac and cheese should be put on top of the patty. On top of the mac and cheese, put a tomato slice and a bacon slice. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
