So tonight was truly #ketokitchenadventures The whole #Cookwhatyougot is real :) and very rewarding. So Sauted #onion & #garlic and tossed in some #seasoned #chicken from the #carniceria #tomatoes #greenonion and #cilantro and let simmer. Made a #paste with one #avacado some #lemonjuice #cumin #seasalt and #oregano ... Once the tomatoes cooked down I poured in the avocado paste and let simmer. I also attempted to make some #keto #noodles but without all the ingridients needed this was an #experimental go. I ened up with something much more #tortilla like which I cut into strips and added to my dish ...
