Ingredients: 1 bag pork rinds. 1 lb ground beef. 1 packet taco seasoning. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos. 1/4 cup sour cream. 1/4 cup guacamole. 1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Spread pork rinds on a baking sheet in a single layer. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat. Add taco seasoning to the ground beef and stir until well combined. Evenly distribute the seasoned ground beef over the pork rinds. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef and pork rinds.
