I don't know if I can do keto again. I was in ketosis in under 2 days. Sweet! And in the 40mg/dl range. My problem is dehydration. I've always had hydration issues, but this is to the point of have terrible muscle spasms. The pain lasted all day until I broke keto and got a massage. 2 things I need to do: Eat more greens. I was bad about that. Mainly eating onions, Chile peppers, and avocado, with a few zucchini or broccoli pieces here and there. Fix my bed. It's not comfortable. Great latex with a horrible case. I'm afraid of hurting again. It consumed my week. Couldn't work, workout, or do much of anything. If this doesn't work, I'll carb cycle and do paleo. P.S. I increased my magnesium intake to 5-600 MG per day and was eating salty foods. Potassium could have been a little low.
