I took my time to reply you because I wanted to draw this! (I missed him so much!) feat. my Ryder: Sophia!

The Orator is such a big boy, very imposing, but his elegance and words are far more sharp and powerfull than any sword or gun.

I told you guys I wanted to join the Mass Effect Andromeda Kett fandom, so here I am with a bunch of OCs! If you want to know more about them keep reading!

The Orator is the Ascendant in the middle, and I created it to compensate what the plot states and the personality of the Archon. The promise of gifts and peace? From someone like him? Nay, we need a guy who knows how to do those things. 

He’s specialized in communication (manipulation) and alien culture, his talk is always polite, soft, and it lets him win the trust of others. His only weakness is food (and drinks), in the game it’s stated the Ketts have a double amount of taste buds compared to a human and I have this weird headcanon that everything is tastier for them. (Give him a cake and he may betray the Archon for you) As for his weird bone armor structure, I think it may vary from individual to individual, even if it’s obvious that something like this in a game is impossible to be achieved. But I cannot see them as a race of weird clones who only differ in the coloring of their clothes. The two Destined behind are his bodyguards. I haven’t gave them a name yet, even if I nicknamed them left (Sinistra) and right (Dextra) for my own fun. Dextra (on the left :DD) is a true warrior, her scars prove it quite well while Sinistra (on the right) uses more his brain, analyzing before acting. I had in mind to make a pilot too, but I cannot decide how to make her :c I’d gladly rp them if only I had the time *sobs*

Portrait of the Orator

It was really hard to find a compromise between realism and that charming aura theOrator emanates, but hey, I tried™ I also had to change his appareance a little, making his bones and suit more similiar to the ones of a canonical kett ascendant. Next in my list of portraits: the Archon (with maaany flowers)

@exaltawakened remember that weird chat about Kett visiting Kadara’s nightclub and bars? I had this messy sketch in mind for ages. RIP Orator, the anger of the hoodied magister is far too much even for you.

Sketches of a half naked Orator because I wanted a kett without shirt. NEVER AGAIN. I have to better study their anatomy, I tried to use a terrible LQ photo from the artbook as a reference but I need something better. BTW the boy is kind of sexy anyway, having his training session and doing some fetching. As an ambassador he can’t go around armed, but he hides a sword (Carfalon) under his robes anyway.  Bonus:

Dextra cannot resist his charm, poor girl. Sinistra is a nerd, and he doesn’t like to fight even if he surely knows how to do it.
