Haha I love discounts/service in Korea. I'm not the haggling type but free stuff is absolutely FANTASTIC.

I got a nice discount on shoes, I get a discount at places like 7-11 and GS25, free/discounted pizza, and a bunch of other things.I got extra food once for "being so pretty" I was like... what are you mistaken, me?Haha I'm so thankful to these people for being so kind and helpful to me, though :') It's so great <3People watch over me well here, I appreciate it^^

I hope you're doing okay. I'm lucky to know none of my friends were on board yet I'm worried sick and can't think straight; so I can't imagine what you're going through, but please hang in there and take care of yourself as well. One thing I find a little scary is how foreign fans also get "exploited" by sasaeng. This isn't really about an encounter with sasaeng, but made me think later on... In Dec-Jan, I went to hang around SM (because I see nothing wrong about just standing a good distance away looking like an idiot - that is, when you don't even plan on doing anything, just chatting with a bunch of friends). I was at the old building; suddenly, some of the Koreans came to ask me whom was I waiting, and when we hit the language barrier they went to find another fan who could explain me. She actually had a long, long list of addresses to show on her phone: hairdressers, dorms, you name it. All the girls knew where the idols were supposed to be at that given time and could recite their cars' registration plate numbers. It was creepy, although the people were helpful - but I have the feeling they were being helpful just because I was obviously foreign, and had I stayed with them at the old building, who knows.
