iorimune concept for iori day !! i did this pretty quick but still put some thought into it so uhhh design explanation below the cut

so idk how intentional hokazono is with these sorts of things in his character design, but given iori has two hair sections and had two choices for her life in front of her, i thought it would be cool thematically to just give her the single one to show shes moving forward with her life.

i wanted to keep her outfit similar to her school uniform while also taking influence from the masumi and other female fighters in the series.

i was trying to keep her looking cool but still feminine? i gave her the tied sleeves to kinda mimick tied kimono sleeves, but with the bows for some flourish.

i wanted a repeating element to tie it together, so i picked the red bow from her uniform for that.

also i wanted to keep the skirt element but make it a bit more practical for fighting so, half-skirt! and again it keeps the school uniform look. plus it just looks cool lol

With that same person... yes, more than once. When everything passes and it's already done, the feeling or the "want" doesn't go away. Time and time again, we tried to prevent it. I don't even know what happened to our prevention methods, but clearly it didn't work.
