[Request: “hi! could I request a fluffy imagine/hc with Sana, when you go out on your first date? thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️”
- Sorry that this one is getting posted so late! I hope this is alright for ya!]
Bzzt! Bzzt!
You jumped up out of bed and reached for your phone. “What time is it?” you asked yourself as you rubbed your eyes.
“Oh no...” you checked the cellphone beside your bed. “Oh no!”
Without a second to lose you jumped in the shower, washed then got dressed into the clothes you had laid out last night ready for today.
“How am I looking?” you asked your roommate as you ran down the stairs for the door.
“Like you’ve barely had any sleep...” they replied dryly.
Your hand was on the door but you turned back to face them. “I know. I’ve been up all night with nerves.”
“Oh. It’s today? Good luck!” They shot you a wink. You left and headed for the park.
It was around 1pm, an hour later than you had agreed to meet, but still...it could have been worse? Right?
You got to a park bench and had to take a seat. The feeling in your stomach was overwhelming, like a million butterflies just hatched inside, fighting to get out. “This is so intense...” you whispered under your breath. “Alright I gotta keep going.”
“Y/n!” a familiar voice called out to you just as you were about to stand again. Footsteps grew louder as they ran towards you. It was your date.
She was gorgeous. Dressed in a pink and yellow floral patterned summer dress which swayed gently in the light breeze, her hair cascading down her back like a waterfall of loose waves.
“Sana... I’m so sorr-”
She pressed a finger to your lips to cut you off. “It’s okay,” she said, “I was almost late too.”
You laughed then felt the bravery grow within you which expressed itself as you taking her hand in yours. “Shall we go on that walk?”
“I would like that.”
The butterflies in your stomach swarmed even harder.
---
It got late but it felt like no time had passed at all. When you were with Sana it was like time stood still and nothing else mattered.
The sun had just began to set and the two of you were sat on a bench facing a glistening lake. “It’s..,” you paused for a second to push the butterflies back down, “it’s been really nice to spend time with you like this.”
She placed her hand on your leg and smiled softly. A smile that could melt the hearts of even the most stone-cold soldiers. “I agree. I think I’d like to do this again.”
“Are you asking me on a second date?” you teased playfully.
“Maybe...” she shrugged with a grin.
You sighed. “I’d like that as well. I wish I could do this everyday.”
The red hue of the sun lit up the waters of the lake, the blue and purple mixing together to create various shades of purple. It grazed the horizon then waved its final goodbye.
“It’s getting late. Do you want to get something to eat?” Sana suggested.
You stood up and held a hand out for her to take. “Let’s go. I know just the place.”
---
Not far from the park was a restaurant that you frequent often. Sana had never heard of it but trusted your recommendation.
You took a seat across from her and ordered your usual. She ordered the same.
“Y/n. Is it too soon?” asked Sana.
“Too soon for what?”
Those dang butterflies... you grasped at your stomach under the table.
“Too soon to say I have feelings for you...”
You were taken aback by this, not in a bad way but you never expected her to say it outloud.
“Careful....people might hear you,” you warned, for her sake.
She looked around and then leaned in to you. “I don’t care. Let them hear.”
“Sana... I-” You were cut off by her closing the gap between your faces. Her soft lips pressed against yours then broke away almost as soon as they touched.
A quick peck was all that was needed to shut you up....and make you turn bright red.
She smiled. “I’ve been wanting to do that all day.”
You were introduced to Doyeon through mutual friends.
She initially came off as cold and disinterested in your company, or anyone else’s for that matter.
But despite her chilly exterior something made you drawn to her.
Her beauty was supernatural and her gaze made you melt no matter what.
After a few times of coming into contact with each other you decided this was no coincidence, you assumed she had been planning this all along.
You faked sleep one night and that’s when you learned the truth. Kim Doyeon had been stalking you.
To begin with you were so freaked out and you took extra care to check every lock on your house.
But as time went on, with less midnight visits from Doyeon, you felt more uneasy at her absence.
That was when you realised you needed to confront her.
You got those same mutual friends to take you to her house. They let you go in alone.
What you saw when you walked in shocked you. Her covered in blood.
“Doyeon? Are you okay?” you ran to her side.
She began to laugh and wiped her mouth.
“What? You’re really scared that this belonged to me? You’re more naive than you look.” Doyeon snarked.
You recoiled in fear and demanded she explain.
So she did.
It took you time to accept the truth. Because of course it would - she just confessed she was a vampire!
But as you learned more about her the more fascinating you found her and the more drawn to her you were.
Doyeon swore to protect you for as long as you live - as she would obviously outlive you.
You got to live luxuriously and she gave you everything you could ever want.
And the meals she took you out for were exquisite, she knew all the best spots.
Doyeon found it difficult to keep her cravings under control but with her promise of protection she could never draw blood from you - no matter how much you told her it would be okay to do so.
As you grew old she stayed the same young beautiful vampire, bystanders would think she were your granddaughter or something. You both laughed it off and kept affection private.
You were her most important love, and if she could spend this lifetime with you again she would do it in a heartbeat.
