I have way too many stories that I’d love to finish, and hopefully one day they will be done! But for the time being they are hidden on my computer (yey for anxiety and writers block)
Have something from an abandoned Skyrim idea I had.
“Thane?” Lydia asked shock in her voice as George bent down and rummaged through the abandoned chest. Her eyes darted from the chest to the dead bandits that lay several feet away, snow starting to build upon their still-warm bodies.
“What?” He replied looking up, raising a furry eyebrow at the human next to him. He saw the shock and disapproval in her face and sighed, humans were such an odd breed.
“Look, Lydia, they aren’t going to need it where they’re going.”
“Don’t you believe in Sovngarde?!” Lydia asked, her voice rising a few octaves higher in disbelief.
“Not particularly” The Dragonborn rubbed his whiskers and stood up, towering over his companion. “Where I’m from, death is different. We don’t have the same ways as you.” “But surely after everything you’ve seen, the dragons, being the Dragonborn…? George gruffed and ruffled Lydia’s dark hair, he was growing fond of the strange human the Jarl had given him as a travelling companion. “How about I promise not to take anything from the dead unless we need it. Okay?” The khajiit stretched out as massive paw with a smile. Lydia eyed George up carefully, he was far larger than the khajiit merchants she’d met as a child. He could easily kill her with a swipe of a paw, but his voice seemed genuine. She took the paw with a smile. George winked and continued to look through the chest for weapons and arrows. Travelling with the Dragonborn was certainly going to be interesting
So, I might join my very first DnD campaign and my tank will be a 3 foot cat person
