I know this ship isn’t popular in the fandom, but I kinda ship them?? If it weren’t for KhunBam, I would’ve been totally aboard of this ship. And you know, I’m kinda seeing Khun having a ‘somewhat’ crush for Hatz, if anything.

Their antagonistic relationship is always interesting. Though, Khun always had that dynamic with most people, especially to those who can be proud, smart or stubborn as he is, with Hatz, it was somehow different. They only breathed in the same room once, then already at each other’s throats by the next. Hatz thinks Khun is too ‘girly’ for his liking, while Khun thinks the former is too ‘manly’. 

I also find it amusing that Khun says he dislikes him but always seek a way to butt in his conversations?? And for Hatz, a completely expressionless, coolheaded, quiet guy, to bark in return? Even though the both of them acts mature, once they start to bicker, they become childish and indifferent to their environment.

We all know Khun can go overboard with his pride sometimes but he’s basically telling here that he somewhat ‘wants’ to impress Hatz. Not to mention, his mind was easily diverted from analyzing how Emily got the information that ‘Twenty fifth Bam’ is alive. Khun, who plans ahead and overthinks, was easily distracted because he remembered that Hatz ‘lost’ to him (i think very few people has this kind of effect to Khun). And when Apple delivered the news that she found him, he was openly agitated (”Found him? where?!”).

And then, even though he was focused on the task of taking care of Rachel, he didn’t spare a second thought to catch Cassano, who absolutely has nothing to do with him, just to ‘show off’ to Hatz.

Then came name hunt station. Hatz just attempted to cut his arm off earlier, and Khun still called him a ‘friend’. Not just a teammate or something, but ‘friend’. To be called as friend for someone like Khun.... he may not be as heartless as he portray himself. 

And then, we have this. Seriously, I don’t know what Khun is doing here. Is that a thermometer? Did he just measure Hatz’ bathing water then mocked him afterwards? He could have bathed like a normal person, but then he decided to fucking show off a thermometer to Hatz instead, for whatever random reason? Seriously bro... And Hatz’s face literally looked so done with his shenanigans.

I have to admit, if Khun would probably ever have a crush on anyone, but being a jerk that he is, his treatment of Hatz would probably the closest example (that is, if he doesn’t fall for any Bam-like or Maria-like person first).
