Bartz had a blindfold covering his eyes while bounds tied his wrists, was he kidnapped by someone? Suddenly he heard footsteps approaching where he was laying, what was going on? Was the person back to cause more pain? He struggled to speak through the gag that held his mouth shut.

Irene folded her arms over her chest, cocking her head as she looked down at Moran from where she stood, a mock-sympathetic look adorning her expression. “You poor thing. You’re not quite used to this are you?” 

She tapped leather sheathed fingers against her arm, crimson lips formed into a pout as she watched him strain against the rope that bound him. “I’d stop trying to get out of those ties, if I were you. You’re only going to tire yourself out— I think you’re forgetting what I do for a living.”

The mage woke up with the absolute worst headache. Not only that, but he was hot. WAY too hot.

He sighed when he realized almost immediately what had happened, seeing as he was in an unfamiliar territory where it was way too hot and way too sandy.

“Fuck this desert bullshit!” he suddenly shouted, rather than maybe asking what was going on or trying to think or something. Because Kefka.

Then he heard an obnoxiously perky voice that he immediately wanted to snuff out.

“Why the fuck have I been kidnapped by Tara Strong?! Why did you bring me to the stupid desert?! This wasn’t well thought out at all!”
