Your oppinion on Kiliel

Wonderful in fanon, honestly terrible in the films. They alluded to a lot of potential between them, but by bypassing any sort of friendship to go immediately to doe-eyed romance they not only lost my interest but insulted the characters. The only thing I liked in the films was the juxtaposition with Bagginshield.

Now, in fanon I adore Kiliel. I think they could be the absolute cutest bros-to-lovers fighting duo ever. They have a lot in common - fighters who use a bow, both out of place with their respective people because of their interest in another (enemy) culture, both fed up with the old, bad blood, both pure-hearted and dedicated to what is right. They could be adorable, the film just didn’t give it to us, IMO.
