I saw a negative review of Rolling Girls that described it as ripping off Kill La Kill in terms of its style but I honestly wouldn't have a problem with that because something with the creativity and style of KLK without the skeevy bits sounds worthwhile.

SO I JUST FINISHED KILL LA KILL AND OH MY GOODNESS WOW OK SHIT. thank you soooooo much for the recommendation it was damn near the best anime I've ever seen. few questions for you: do you ship gamanshoku or ryushoku, did you like the ending (do you think it provided closure, etc.), do you think there will be a season 2, and any thoughts on senketsu's death or the series in general?

hello anon! im really glad you enjoyed klk because i liked it a lot aaa im more of a ryumako fan so im glad it became canon they're the cutest girlfriends i literally gushed for days over it aaa (but i still think iramako is pretty cute!)i liked the ending a lot i think it was a pretty good finale and wrapped everything up nicely it was super emotional and i love satsuki and ryuuko's relationship the whole series was really enjoyable and i was left very satisfied after the ending (because wow endgame yuri yes pls). i don't think it would get a second season tho since again i think it wrapped up nicely and trigger is going to be focusing on little witch academia from now on but there is an ova coming out in sept which im hella excited for! :^)tbh senketsu's death was really sudden so i didn't have time to react to it at the time of watching it but i think it was needed since life fibers were going to die out anyway but the goodbye was really touching vvvv.... i never thought i would get invested in a series about a girl and her uniform yet here we are.....thanks for the message i like klk a lot and would totally be up for talking about it more if you'd like to send me a message un-anon :) (sorry for the late reply btw!)
