The guy with the glasses is Toxic and the other guy is VooDoo

killjoys and the suitehearts hcs?

Obligatory disclaimer this technically crosses into universe alteration for my canon here, but:

they’re two sides of the same coin in more than one way. They’re both pretty well-known rebels, but have very different mentalities; killjoys want to fight fire with fire, whereas the suitehearts are slowly trying to subtly cut off the fuel. On personal levels they’re also very similar- they’ve got their own little ragtag families they are very protective of- but also quite different- if any suiteheart tried to be as physically affectionate with the others as killjoys are they’d get decked;

they absolutely will not admit they are friend. They are allies and that’s it. So what if Kobra and Donnie trade their favourite zines and Donnie hooked up Kobra with some sweet tech? So what if Horseshoe and Ghoul have sunday video game tournaments (which are never on a sunday, but they still call them that)? So what if Poison helps Benze in the lab as an excuse for both of them to complain about their crews doing dumb shit? So what if Jet and Sandman hang out and talk about their collections or play very homebrew, very rigged card  games or test their aims against each other? This is all very serious rebel business, obviously /s;

the Suitehearts help the Fab Killjoys with The Girl’s formal education a lot because while the Four do a decent job at teaching her about the Zones, there are gaps in the formal education department since they were either very young when they made it into the Zones or because the education they’d received heavily centered around one or two subjects at best. The Suitehearts don’t even bat an eye because doing most of your formal education in a familial setting or generally coming from a friend of a friend of a brother is just a part of life in the Lobby;

on the flip side, the Fabulous Killjoys make sure no one fucks with the juvies in the Inner Zones, which most ‘joys readily agree to do because they trust the Four. Those who do still fuck with juvies get one hell of a good scruffing, though;

Sandman get in a lot of play fights by which i mean Sandman teases Ghoul until they body-slam him. He also ruffles everybody’s hair including Jet even though he’s much taller than Sandman;

Horseshoe and Poison fake argue about who wears the red dyed hair better- Poison with eir full head of dye or Horseshoe with her fringe dyed at the ends. They also do a lot of sparring together because they have strikingly similar fighting styles, so it forces them to actual stop and think for a moment instead of just charging headfirst into combat;

Benze, Donnie and Jet so have something like a DnD/Magic The Gathering group- you cannot convince me otherwise. You pass though the living room and hear them talk about their campaign like “???????”They find it hilarious;

Kobra likes going tagging with Sandman, but what it doesn’t like is that he sometimes steals its goddamn knives which is very homophobic of him :// (/j they are both very gay)

made my killjoys oc crew in this picrew! I did tweak a few of the colours afterwards though (the blood/tears colours & the ends of Vow’s hair), I’m posting this mostly so I have something here with some info on them instead of keeping all of it in my head. 

the horns & wings are because their crew name is the Devil’s Heroes so they’ve got that aesthetic goin. some individual info under the cut: 

Corvid Crown (they/them) - cityborn, excellent sniper even with a missing eye,  was almost a Scarecrow but instead stole a rifle and ran, chose their name as a ‘fuck you’ to BLi, still sometimes struggles to unlearn BLi training but uses it against them whenever they can, in gays with Burnout

Burnout (she/her) - desertborn, burner, always has at least two cans of spraypaint on her person, only wears patterned clothes with a preference for stripes, also a bit of an arsonist so her name kinda has those two different connotations, absolute sweetheart but Will fuck your shit up, in gays with Corvid 

Death Vow (they/them) [sona] - cityborn, prosthetic left arm, kinda the leader of the group, a little wild a little reckless, some anger issues but only against BLi and anyone who hurts their crew, jack of all trades, has an ability to absorb others’ pain and take it from them, pseudo-siblings with Shadow 

The Shadow (they/he) - ???born, tech brain but not as much as Frostbyte,  shady fucker with connections - stays in contact with killjoys in the city, practically attached to his radio & always knows where ‘crow patrols are,  absolutely will not remove the black clothing or change it up and has still yet to pass out from heat, pseudo-siblings with Vow 

Frostbyte (he/they) - desertborn, tech brain, quiet nerd cannot be disturbed from his hacking, has rickrolled BLi on more than one occasion, composes his own music too whenever he can, it’s a mix of rock & shoegaze, has sometimes hijacked Dr D’s channel to play his own stuff, younger twin of Maelstrom 

Maelstrom Menace (he/him) - desertborn, motorbaby crash queen, menace by name menace by nature, somehow always knows how/where to find water in the desert, has driven his motorbike into the face of a drac before, does music with his brother - they're both big Mad Gear fans, older twin of Frostbyte

can you show us the clown gang?? please?

There's no art or anything of them yet, but i can tell ya about em!! 💖 These characters were co-created with @funkobraofficial who also came up with the original idea!

The clown gang is a group of killjoys who are all themed around clowns. Their main goals are to a) boost rebel morale with clownery b) spread information (practical information like sign language/cooking/medicine as well as things like history), and c) provide food/shelter/medical attention to anyone who needs it.

They travel around a lot, performing and teaching, and they have a pretty big permanent gang (10+ i believe?) as well as "honorary clowns" who don't travel with them or even remain in one location, but who abide by the clown code of providing entertainment and helping out whoever needs it.

As of now, these are the members of the clown gang we've come up with:

Mama - he/him and she/her - ringleader, cook, and botanist. Oldest member of the gang, in his 50s.

Loud Mouth - they/them - unicycle and balance act, sign language expert. Nonverbal and tiny.

Glitter Bomb - she/her - set designer, special effects expert, demolition expert. Want some glitter? She's got ya covered.

Combat Jugglin' Jim - he/him - juggler, muscle man, weapons expert. Juggles Batty and Beans.

Acro Batty - he/him - acrobat, contortionist, linguist, sign language expert. Beans' twin brother.

Jelly Beans - xe/xem - acrobat, contortionist, medic, medicine researcher. Batty's twin sibling.

We're still working on the clown gang and i already love them so much 😭💖🎉
