A friend and I were talking and we think that Dutch is going to get framed for killing Alvis, and this is part of Aneela's plan. Not only will killing off Alvis hurt Dutch, but it might also make the scarbacks withdrawal their support in the war effort possibly even to the extent of making enemies with the scarbacks, which will make Dutch's side even weaker.
