Homemade Custard Creams
I made these before and I thought they were pretty good. I still believe they are good biscuits(cookies) but I don’t think they are a match for custard creams. The texture is great but not a match and the flavour is faint so again not a match. Still on the search for custard creams

Flapjack
I was craving flapjack today for some reason, so made some this afternoon. I used Mary Berry's super easy recipe here. Half the batch is classic flapjack, and I added raisins and mixed spice to the other half... because I love raisins and spices. It's good!
