It was so easier to find them, those souls lost in the night, wandering alone...without any true tether to the mortal world and all it’s trappings....a young heart lost in the darkness, unaware of what dangers and what opportunities lurked so close at hand. But then...most mortals were blind to nearly everything around them, their eyes seeing such a...narrow limitation of what the world contained. It was a wonder they didn’t walk into things more often.....
She had taken the man’s face in her hands, and pressed a kiss there that was...powerful, inescapable, something that was more than a simple kiss...something different to an ordinary, mundane, mortal dalliance. No, this had a purpose...and though she had drank whiskey to hide that true purpose, to convince the receiver of her kiss that it was nothing more than...celebration, swept up in the night’s events, Lilith was very aware of what she was doing...and why.
She smiled a red-lipped smile at his drunken encouragement, saying nothing in reply as her equally red nails dug a little into his cheek and her mouth found his again, the energy pulsating until she pulled back. She held his jaw for a little longer, before letting go.
“Tell me....Is this...bench really where you want to spend the rest of your...lonely little night....?” She asked him, head cocked slightly in...tempting interest.
