Hey baby just checking to see how your are 😉
I'm trying my best to stay positive during my job hunt 💝. Today I learnt of the existence of timed digital intelligence tests using number/letter/shape combinations and, going into it completely unprepared, scored such a low score that they likely won't even consider me. Though, it was strange considering that I still did the interview. The accompanying personality test felt so illegal to me. It repeatedly asked whether I felt confident about myself, liked myself, stood up for myself... Many such questions. I'm sure that you could use its results to diagnose anhedonia, depression, autism. I'm not saying thay I have any of that. I guess that my one saving grace is that the invitation for these tests landed in my spam box, and I was reminded of them in the morning before the interview, so I completed them just minutes before the interviewing, leaving the interviewers also no time to reflect on the results. At least, that's what I joke about to myself.
Hm. Well. Maybe it wasn't such a fun day. I cried for a few hours after returning home. But, I think that I'm getting back to my senses now. I'm glad to see the little faces of my dolls. I'm glad to be home and have some cozy foods and (non-alcoholic) drinks. I'm glad to be alive, and that tomorrow is another day.
