It’s really frustrating that character designers rarely fully commit to the monster aspect when designing monster characters, the issue is more prevalent with female characters but when characters are supposed to be considered “attractive” they often chicken out and tone it down to make them more appealing to broader audiences. That’s a big reason why I have such a big beef with That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime cuz even tho it’s a decent anime they really fucked up the monster!character designs imo. (You can see me vent my frustrations abt it here lol)

And honestly given the audience reaction to Venom and the Shape of Water I don’t think character designers should be afraid to fully commit to the monster aspect, audiences are responsive to monster characters.

Anyway I forget where I was going with this but TLDR character designers are cowards and we need more Real Monsters to thirst over in our lives! 😤

8. Anime character you are most like

I really identify with Tatara Fujita! We’re kind, timid, and a little awkward sometimes haha but when it comes to a challenge or something we're passionate about, we become another person entirely.

23. Unpopular character you love

Junichiro Tanizaki (ಥ﹏ಥ) His ability “Light Snow” is so cool and his admirable traits are often overlooked because of how “normal” he appears compared to the rest of the cast but ahhhhh he’s definitely among my top 5 BSD characters.

24. Popular character you hate 

I don’t really hate characters, but perhaps the closest one I can’t stand is Jira///iya. Fans praise him for how powerful he is and I can see that, but I can’t appreciate him as a character. Despite being Naruto’s godfather, he didn’t look after the boy until he performed sexy jutsu for him (That scene still creeps me out to this day) and I was never a fan of the open pervert archetype. Sorry if you like him, though! This is just my opinion of him.

Eeeeep, thank you for your encouragement o///oI love the Cat!ruris but I tend to making a Dorkwin and his tiny boyfriend askblog at the moment..The dorkwinverse is so big and weird and @alwaysbesassy and me are just too good at making weird headcanons about our lil angel and his grumpy spouse to not do it actually :D I hope you're not disappointed though :)

Oh you BET I can explain the new “the floor is…” meme! Okay so basically yeah, it started out with games that kids would play where the floor was, in most cases, lava. Obviously the point of the game is to get from point A to point B without stepping on the floor, be it by climbing over furniture, leaping from floor mat to floor mat, etc. Anyway I think it was on Twitter, but there were these two pictures of a guy who was like, INTENSELY avoiding the floor, grappling onto walls and whatnot with just his bare hands, and so the joke becomes that the floor is whatever the person/group that you put over the guy’s face hates. I assume you’re probably asking because of the Zeke meme so like, Zeke hates Grisha, so the floor is Grisha Jaeger, and Zeke is intensely trying to avoid the floor, because it’s Grisha Jaeger. Does that help at all?
