Undertale Rainbow Teaser Poems (4/5)

Rosemary and Clover are finally doooone! I love both of theirs a lot as they were really experimental with layering and shadings, Clover's especially (it gave me an aneurysm-). That isn't why Clover's is mainly void of anyone on the other page, that was intentional because in the end, Clover passed away alone, the mysteries of the Ketsukane were solved, and Clover's soul was now one of six collected. That's why, just wanted to clarify.

Just like with Percy's picture, Rosemary's soul magic is also on display here. Her magic is related to self-healing, and as the game goes on, her healing magic becomes faster and stronger. The fullest potential of kindness souls, which Rosemary never reached in her game just to clarify, is immortality, their self-healing can be that high. Though you have to train for years and have a highly potent kindness soul to do that, also it's not really common knowledge ESPECIALLY now that humans have forgotten magic.

In Rosemary's case, she lived a quiet life. What happened to her parents?

Rosemary's parents died before she could remember. Her father and her uncle were military medics (both of them were brothers), her father dying in the field whilst her uncle survived. Her mother died due to complications with Rosemary's birth, surviving for a year or two after her birth, so she was able to see her grow in her infancy, but not long enough for Rosemary to form vivid memories of her. Her uncle and grandmother raised her as the rest of their family was very far away, and the grandmother mainly provided for them with her bakery business (which is technically owned by the uncle because women can't own businesses yet, but it's still the grandmother's). The uncle can't really bake, Rosemary's father had more of that gift, but he does help with the more numbers side of things and teaches those things to Rosemary, whilst the grandmother taught her the skill of baking and cooking.

But that's what happened to her parents. They are the top photo on the altar, which is their wedding photo. The other photos are of other family members in her family, her grandfather, great-grandmother, great-aunt, and second cousin who died young.

So I know it’s late but I just want to share a progress shot now as I have a bunch of homework I need to do that I put off. So that means imma stop for the night and use this as my daily progress shot for tomorrow. Hopefully I can get my assignments done fast and be able to shade but if not then here’s what I’ve got done

Update: so the lineart, coloring, and effects pretty much are done for rosemary, just need to do background and stuff. After she’s done then I’ll move to clover, then after clover it’ll be both of their poem pages too. Thanks for following along!!!
