this isn't gatekeeping or whatever the fuck I swear but listen. You can't drop or repress kintypes. You just can't. So stop telling people THEY must just to make yourself comfortable with THEIR kintypes. That's shitty of you to do to other people. Ppl can't control their kintypes, their past lives or however their type of kinity works. And if you're trying to drop or repress a kintype, don't! Trying to do so will harm yourself! It's not worth it, I promise.

I met someone whose a double of one of my kins but also someone I really wanted to find so now I'm suppressing that kin somewhat to not make them uncomfortable but also, sometimes I shift into that shift and I'm just like ahhh what do. @ the person who has to suppress IDs for their friend sAME fam my friend IDs with taako and im perfectly fine with doubles and I main kin him but im sure he's not ok with doubles? and also i kinned taako way long than my friend did but my solution is to make a secret side blog my dude

when you really want to drop a kintypes because it's fucking disgusting and everyone hates you for completely valid reasons including yourself but you don't think dropping kintypes is even truely possible 🙃
