Allowing a dragon into your bed means it will never be neat again, but she will make sure it is optimized for maximum comfort
Sooooo New AU Idea! I know I don't need anymore.
Soldier, Poet, King!!!
Ya'll know the Song right? Well I thought this would be a great kinda medieval au, with kingdoms and royalty and stuff ^-^
So obviously Eclipse is the king right? Here is King Eclipse. (I've not finished refs yet but have these doodles)
I'll tell you about him later. (probs when the refs are finished)
BUT the problem is I can't decide if Sun or Moon are the poet or soldier? I drew both versions but I still can't decide :/
So with option A Sun is a cocky but charming Knight, and Moon a shy quiet poet who scribbles his poetry down in the moonlight.
Option B is Moon as an aloof grumpy Knight and Sun as the poet, again kinda full of himself and sassy but wistfully writes his poems in the gardens.
I don't know which I prefer tbh. So....
Can you help me pick?
Option A
Option B
Artfight attack on @sugarhog05 's Starlit Swordsman!!
This is my try at a more symbolic piece playing with the some of the themes in your story [assassin turned bodyguard, the ever shifting and tugging of the power dynamics between them and the king and princes, vulnerability and how that looks different with each person and also the trust involved in giving up some power and letting someone near your vulnerable parts].

Artfight attack against @sugarhog05 !
Love this au so much I could not resist drawing the king himself
speed art below the cut!
Okay, okay, alright. So, a different idea for an Isekai-like au.

A twist on it where you're a dimensional traveler who avoids going home for reasons.
And while you try to avoid inserting yourself into any sort of adventures or drama, sometimes they find you regardless, and you just...kinda go along with them. Prophecy shenanigans, random encounters that lead to more, it doesn't really matter to you. In the end, you jump ship, moving from world to world. (Mostly) contentedly adrift in the multiverse.
Then, you stumble into this one world where you are unmistakably identified as the one who comes from another world to marry and kill the kings. While you've definitely been involved in prophecies before, and you've had to kill to defend yourself, you've never been at the actual center of one, and you've got no beef with these random rulers.
At least, until you actually meet them. You've traveled plenty of worlds, but you have gone out of your way to dodge any that might have a certain trio, or at least maneuver to avoid them in any universe you enter. Being face to face with a Sun, Moon, and Eclipse again about sends you into a panic attack, especially considering what you're supposedly meant to do with and to them.
You flat out deny this prophecy, having every intention of leaving. Why the hell would they even welcome you with open arms if you were apparently going to murder them?
Only, you can't leave, because your portal refuses to work. There is extra-dimensional tomfoolery afoot, which you quickly realize, and you hate it.
Forced to stay until you can figure out how to fix your dimensional device, you are massively abrasive and bitchy with the kings at first. You snark at them for even wanting their killer around, but then they tell you that after their death, their world will know an era of peace like no other, and they are glad to die if it means their citizens no longer know strife. You try to pretend this doesn't tug on your heartstrings (you are the disassociation king).
Eventually, despite all your best efforts, you do get closer to them. Which is far from a good thing for many, many reasons, least of them being this prophecy hanging over all your heads like a guillotine.
At the end, it comes out that the prophecy was never about the kings and you. No, it was about a different celestial trio and yourself. The ones you married, once upon a time. Ones that have been hunting and hounding for you for a long, long time. Your og Sun, Moon, and Eclipse, whom you loved so dearly, but you destroyed all that.
In crafting your tech, and messing with things you shouldn't have, you created a virus that warped them. What was once gentle and loving became violently possessive. You had to make a daring escape, leave them behind to rot, but they broke loose and began to track you, an outcome you worried about though had no confirmation of til this moment, which is why you never stayed in a single world too long (that and being afraid of getting attached to other people again).
Still, you cannot bring yourself to hurt them. Your love for who they once were tears you asunder. Even as they are rough with you, yanking you away, making dark threats to never let you go again.
Of course, the kings are outraged, and a battle ensues where you have to make a choice to save one group or the other. Being around the kings, getting reminded of what it was like to actually be cared for and adored, despite your flaws, you make the heart wrenching decision to break free from the cycle of abuse you started, putting your boys to rest (and fulfilling the prophecy).
You remain endlessly guilty over being the catalyst for the virus that took your loves from you, but over time, you begin to truly warm up to the kings. They are patient and understanding, something you haven't seen in them in ages, knowing that their visage is hard for you to look at. Any baby step you make is met by them trying to be certain you're okay with it, or reassuring you.
Your presence does result in a new age for the kings' world, bringing your knowledge and tech to them. A long, long ways down the line, you do end up officially marrying the kings, and settle into a place that truly feels like home for the first time in forever.
I present youu- a vid of myyy KING ECLIPSE AU [btw sorry for the shitty quality my phone is broken as fu- just like me :,) ]
I uh, got a new au lol
This AUs called The Starlit Swordsman. Y/N is a mysterious sell sword whose face is unknown to the rest of the world. They become a living legend as humans are typically at a severe disadvantage against animatronics, yet The Starlit Swordsman is said to have little to no trouble with them. Eventually word of their expertise reaches The Dreamless King Eclipse and he sends for them to join The Celestial Guard, specially picked royal knights to serve as bodyguards for him and his brothers. Eclipse is surprised when a Midraven arrives at his balcony, which makes him even more confident in his decision to have you in his court.
It is not the response he was expecting however, as you have no desire to be a knight. You do agree to become his hired mercenary… for the right price, of course. If it were anyone else who’d disrespected him by declining, he would’ve had them severely punished. But your reputation proceeds you, so he agrees. You arrive at the gates of the castle in record time, and you’re escorted to the extravagant throne room where animatronic royalty greets you. You scan the faces of what would be your new bosses, before dropping to one knee. You bow your head, then look up directly into Eclipses eyes.
“Your Highness, it is a great honor to be summoned by you. I promise to serve you well.” Your voice reverberates in the big empty room, breaking the deafening silence. This break in silence does not last, and much to your dismay you are quickly plunged back into the quiet. You hoped he did not feel disrespected by your lack of conversation, as you’d learned over the years that’s what most royalty prefer. Those under them should not speak unless spoken too, and if you did speak out of turn… things would not end well for you. Just as your anxiety was getting the better of you and the hand on your sword tightened in apprehension did he speak,
“Ah, Swordsman. You seem so on edge. You have my word that no harm will come to you whilst in these walls. And please, stand. There is no need for you to kneel, yet.” You pause, then slowly get to your feet. “Yet?” You ask him, despite your better judgement. The grin he gives you worsens the pit in your stomach tenfold. You stare up at the king and you are glad for your helmet. The look you were giving him would’ve sent you straight to the gallows, of that you were certain.
