KoTPoTA RP Idea: Zombie Apocalypse
Based on a dream I had (and further conversation with an anon!).
A new virus emerged decades ago but this one affects humans and apes. It’s origins are unknown but apes and intelligent humans all call it the same name: zombies.
They roam in hordes, rarely ever alone and are always hungry. They eat their victims alive…Tear them apart with their teeth…But that’s not the end of it. Anyone they eat turns into zombies themselves.
They are mindless killers that cannot be stopped, not with spears and arrows anyhow. In the coast, Proximus is desperate to open the vault as he believes it may hold the key to destroying the zombie threat once and for all.
Or, at the very least, better weapons for the apes to protect themselves.
As part of this goal, Proximus orders his followers to kidnap other ape clans. Believing he could protect them if they became his…Building his own kingdom in the process.
Mae understands this goal, but she still can’t let him get into the vault or take whatever’s inside it. It’s a choice between ending the zombie virus or saving what’s left of the human race.
Meanwhile, Noa is trapped between a rock and scary place. He never wanted to join the vary apes that killed his father and kidnapped his clan, but having never seen so many zombies before he doesn’t have much of a choice.
TLDR: Noa, Raka, Mae, Sylva and Lightning fight a zombie horde instead of encountering the humans at the lake and have to fight them before entering Proxy’s kingdom.
