Hey. Hey you, spoonie who desires a reliable breakfast you can prep in advance when you do have spoons, that has protein and fiber to keep you full.
One block silken tofu. One can sweet potatoes. One large scoop peanut butter. Maple syrup or sugar to taste (optional). Blend well. Pour into silicon ice cube molds. Pop out 4-ish smoothie cubes, put in one of those shaker bottles, fill with milk of choice. Let sit for 1 hr. Shake shake shake. Add chia seeds if you’re feeling nasty. Makes about three servings. This is infinitely customizable but I find the combo of 1 block + 1 can + 1 scoop the easiest smoothie to make on low spoons. Okay love you I hope you eat well ❤️
