It's been fuckin rough out here, I got into an accident while I was working and I haven't had a car in like two and a half months while it's getting repaired, and they keep delaying the finish date, so I've been out of work this whole time and barely scraping by. If anyone has a little extra cash on them and feels like helping me out I'd be grateful beyond words, even if it's just a dollar or two

A little about my situation if you're interested:

My roommates and I are all disabled, and we had been keeping our heads above water by working long hours on doordash and traveling to bigger cities to work, but we can't really do anything without a car, and even if I could do a regular job without running my body into the ground I can't get anyone to call me back let alone hire me.

I had to drop out of college because of the financial strain and needing to spend so much of my time working that I didn't have time for school, even though I was in my last year before graduating.

I'm taking care of my grandparents as well, because my parents are both gone and I'm their only grandkid. My grandpa has been on dialysis for a year and a half now, and hasn't been all there mentally. It's hard on my grandma to be his around the clock care, so I do whatever I can to lessen the burden on her and help them out. Most of my time is spent juggling helping them and trying to get enough work to pay rent.

I'm most likely going to be late on rent this month, my electricity is already overdue, my credit score is in the toilet, and the only way we can afford to eat is that we get food stamps. With all the government changes and cuts, it's been really scary for not only me and my roommates because of the potential of losing our healthcare and food stamps, but also for my grandparents because they rely on a lot of public services as well.

Any amount of money would be a weight lifted off of me, so if you've taken the time to read this far, please at least consider sharing this to get some traction so I have a chance at getting a little help.

One of the best things about being in phan/fandom is that you get to see how creative people are! From beautiful digital and traditional media art, to carefully crafted edits and gifs, to incredible fic that makes you laugh and cry, to songs written and sang, and so much more besides!

Another good thing is you can make friends with similar interests, anywhere in the world! Even close to home (I have the sparkly black dnp backpack and someone complimented it and started telling me they loved them too and now we’re friends).
