Yes!!
First day jitters are officially over! It wasn't at as bad as I thought, and I even met a few nice classmates! My instructor is cool, and we are in a stadium type classroom previously used for the culinary arts program so it has a full kitchen! Oh yes, this will be my favorite class, because even if I make a bad grade in statistics, I can cook a comfort meal to make myself feel better :)
Still waiting to hear about my appeal, but I am in good spirits so far
