Check out a look behind the scenes of our Farm-to-Gym Dinner we hosted this past weekend inside my facility. We purchased a lamb, lots of veggies and even the flowers on the table all from local small farmers.
It’s crazy to think this would be happening inside a gym, but it is. And it’s the best way to tackle the food battle the majority (even we as trainers) face.
