Hi Kitty! I am glad you asked out this fic. This one took a lot out of me in several ways and I found writing it pretty hard both technically and emotionally so it’s interesting to look back on it now.

4. Do I have a favourite line of dialogue? 

Most of the dialogue I wrote for the first half of the fic broke my heart a little because of how desperately it feels like Levi is trying to reason with Erwin and just getting nowhere. Oof that was rough. But I am pretty proud of how the final scene played out overall and it’s one of my fave canon-verse setting bits of writing i’ve done.

9. Was there an alternate version of this fic?

I did consider making this fic even longer, possibly extending the reconciliation between Erwin and Levi into the morning after, but in the end I wanted to stick to what I think may have more realistically happened in canon. And as much as I like to imagine the eruris tangled in each other’s arms in the bedsheets, it just didn’t feel right for this scene and this Erwin and Levi.

38. What’s the longest amount of time you’ve ever gone without sleep?

About 44 hours. I slept for four hours in two days once. It didn’t feel so bad except when I had to drive anywhere. Then I could definitely tell that I was impaired. I was able to do everything else rather well, even if I was a little clumsy.
