If there was a bad boy within a five-mile radius, I would find him. And some were even way too old for me.
Well. I'm sure some had very pure intentions.
Stefan Salvatore...I literally used to hate the ground he walked on. I hated Stelena. Then somewhere down the line he wasn't so unbearably one sided. I liked his dark side, his struggles to stay good. I liked him and Caroline. They were epic. And I get why Stefan had to die. Cade was right, Stefan would've tried to spend the rest of his human life making up for all the things he did and not actually living. Caroline didn't deserve that. He didn't deserve that guilt so they gave him a happy afterlife. Really it shouldn't have been a shock to all of us because this whole season has been about Stefan trying to redeem himself. I never thought in season or two or even three, that Stefan would come to mean a lot to me, but he's become one of my favorite characters. So I'm happy with how things worked out for him and him and Caroline. Steroline will always been one of my OTP's. But I also shipped Klaroline and that was great and had so much potential and with that last letter he wrote her I have hope that Klaroline could be more in The Originals someday. I mean, I liked Klamile as much as Klaroline they were really interchangable, but if Camie ain't coming back then I'm down for Klaroline endgame!!! :') It's finally over yall. That's 8 years fam...Now we just have to migrate everyone over to The Originals.
Klaroline writers appreciation time
there are so many amazing writers in this fandom, and of such high quality. This for me is the heart and soul of our vibrant, creative, passionate family.
here are a few of my favourite people and their amazing works.
@thetourguidebarbie too many to choose from from in your prolific and wonderful back catalogue. I fell in love with Safe House and it remains a favourite of mine (which is pretty amazing since it’s one I had no part in beta-ing!) and Travellers was a real triumph. And there’s so much more brilliance to come! Angie, you are such a committed, energetic and talented member of the fandom and my first beta - victim. Thank you for letting me practice on you!
@cupcakemolotov It’s no secret that I love Klaus and Ravyn there are no words for your breathtaking ability to write him, to really show us his motivations and terrifying intensity. He has never been as hot as when you are writing his sex laden dialogue with Caroline. Sigh. I fell for Requiem of Fire and I have loved everything since. Jars of Hearts is my current obsession! Beta-ing for you is a joyride, you give me 10% of your head canon and then gradually fill in the gaps till I’m left with a whole masterpiece. Amazing.
@lalainajanes Laine, do you ever write a bad word? If so I have yet to read it. I know I say I love Coloured You In best but then your post Without a Map, or Growing Up Beside You and I’m confused all over again... Your smut is fantastic, your dialogue hilarious and the way you handle ensembles seems effortless. Something in your stories always takes me by surprise, which I love. Glad I still have the commas to offer advice on.
@xxafterthestormxx Katie, I think we all know how much I love In The Land of A Billion Lights, that work was just so whole, so complete, so real. And possibly my favourite ending of any mutlichaptered fic ever. To produce that at all is impressive but to have started then taken it down and reworked it....amazing. Of course, I love all the others too, but I have so much to catch up on! Mea Culpa...Super clever, super sassy and a Nashville fan. Perfection.
@willowaus Jess, Wicked schemes remains a brilliant fic but for me the one that has stuck in my head has been Forever Changed. I was dreading the premise of this fic, I thought the film it was inspired by was puerile and ridiculous, which makes the fact that I love it so much really incredible. You totally won me over, thank you! I know your inspiration is gone at the moment, but I will wait (for Where The Lonely Ones Roam) however long it takes.
@ckhybrid Shy I can’t tag your real blog, but I’ll hope for the best with this one. I love the fact that your writing voice is so very you, I can hear you in it so clearly as I read. And it is full of your perspective on things which is both refreshing and insightful. I think we all know my favourite is the witch!Caroline one but really if you could stop multi shipping her with everyone I’d love it all...! And thank you also for your very constructive criticism of my own writing, you really took the time to think about it and offer me advice. I love you for that.
@ssklaroline Lauren, thanks for hanging with me at the wrinkle cream counter. I still reread your excellent smut, but Yet Another Variation On A Theme was more than that. It was a real emotional journey that I felt i could understand and get behind. It was mature and well developed and I loved it. I used to see the update emails and hide in my office to read the chapters!
@livingdeadblondequeen not many people more supportive of writing and writers in this fandom than you Miranda. I am so happy that you’re writing again. I love A Hole In My Soul, but really my favourite is Eyes on Fire: gloriously smutty and so in character. Perfect
@that-wandering-belle Belle, your writing is achingly lovely and I want more of it! all your stories are wonderful but I love Anything can Happen!
@kjsama I don’t know how I can express my love for the klaroline kiss: before during and after more than I already have. I love it. I really love it. Emotional, brilliantly smutty and FULL of plot. All the time. So much plot. I love this fic, and your other stuff. More please, stat!
@elisabethjjames writer of my favourite smut EVER (burns holes in your skin) which was remarkable not only for the heat generated but also for the heartbreaking poignancy of the final chapter. You seem to be a master of building emotional intensity, making your fics a tense but thrilling read. Sweet Child of Mine is wonderful. And you’re English to boot- who could ask for more?
@loveyou914 Beautiful Jay, so creative, so full of ideas, works so hard for the fandom. I love I Still Remember That Summer 10 years Ago, as well as the Hybrid - more of that please!!
@anastasiadreams sigh. the heat you build between Klaus and Caroline is some of my favourite ever. The Heart Gambles on a Kiss is just as fantastic as Blood Roses for the Devil’s Queen but so so different. I long for updates! (please)
@gooddame Jennifer, thank you so much for all the lovely little bits of klaroline you drop into my inbox, you are a star in the fandom! Getting my first one really made me feel like I had made it to be part of the klaroline world. Seeing them always cheers me up.
@she-walked-away Kaitlyn, little ray of sunshine, super positive person, utterly gorgeous. How much do I love unexpected exposure? A lot. And I am so looking forward to catching up with your other stuff.
@mrslackles Lindsay, I am struggling to pick a favourite of yours that is not who were and what we have become, because I have told you sooooo many times why I love that one, why it is perfection and why it marks you out as such an accomplished writer. I think you really see the emotional reality of these characters. But if I had to pick another it would be One Night, and One More Night, and Their Nightly Ritual and The Chronology of Him and.... oh hang on...I give up
@maevelin I love your writing, the Artist’s funeral Pyre being my personal highlight. I read it so long ago but still it stays with me, as sometimes only angst can. It was a brave and extraordinary piece of writing - thank you!
@misssophiachase Cristy....what can I say? I love your stuff, so many huge multichaptered fics, so much creativity. And so much support for others! I love Political Persuasion, but the Keeping Up Appearances came along, and then Southern Comfort.....and all the rest. They're all amazing. As are you, fabulous lady.
@kl-aroline I love In Chains and A Love to Kill: so dark, so believably Klaus and so unforgivingly Caroline. These are more brave, honest and truthful fics that I long for more of. Thank you for writing them!
@these-dreams-go-on You write amazing smut (bad girls/bad boys/ that amazing one shot I cannot remember the name of where caroline goes to klaus and does very, very dirty things to him) but more than that, you are so widely creative. So many ideas, so much ground covered. If you do historical (Royal decisions) you do research and it feels real, if you do canon-ish it feels believable. Your versatility is as impressive as your skill. Thanks for sharing!
There are so many amazing writers out there who I haven’t tagged because after a day at work I have now spent so long writing this that I have forgotten to eat! I’m sorry if I have missed you but it’s the fault of hunger and my terrible brain rather than lack of love.
Thanks again to all the writers who make such fantastic stuff and all the reviewers who encourage them.
Heyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, here’s a new chapter to my medieval fic :D I want to say a huge thanks to @queencarolinemikaelson for the cover, You’re the best and make the best cover :P any way hope you guys enjoy.

TW/TVD Producers: It's not in the show it isn't going to happen, it's dying, let it goo! (Addressing the Sterek, Klaroline Fandoms)
Every Fan of a "Dead" Ship: A ship does not simply die it is a fandom and entity unto itself. It needs no motivation from the show or original product to continue. Just how it needs no permission to continue to grow and live. All a ship needs is a group of people to keep it alive.
Klaus is better for Caroline then cami no one can ever love him like Caroline can
Always and forever wasn't just a promise. It was a vow. The Mikaelson family plays the long game and they play for keeps. Caroline is starting to learn exactly what that means.
