🗣 Sound On!!! . Kettlebell Deadlift . Kettlebell=KB Deadlift=DL . This exercise works your lower half (yo leggies) 🤸♂️and can done with a Dumbbell, sandbag, & etc. . Tips for execution: . 1️⃣ Set up in an athletic stance. Feet shoulder width apart or slightly wider. 👀 Eyes forward. I recommend either straight ahead or towards the floor in front of you. Core tight. . 2️⃣ Start the movement by pushing your hips back. I always like to refer to the bend and Snap from Legally Blond. Bend at hips and push back. (Forget the rest to the bend and snap until RDLs). . 3️⃣ As you push your hips back, start to squat down to pick up the KB. . 4️⃣ Keep a neutral back posture (straight line from head to glutes). Grab the KB and push away from the floor only using your legs. Torso staying in the same neutral position.🏋️♀️🏋️♂️ . 5️⃣ More tips in the voice over. Is your sound on? 👂 . . P.S.
