Warnings: Somewhat Angsty, fluff and a sibling bonding moment <33
Albedo stays in the mountains of Dragonspine quite a lot, including overnight and sleeping there.
Thus, most of the time he may seem calm and relaxed but in reality he's always on edge and is fully aware of his surroundings and any possible danger.
He has a hard time relaxing even when he's Ina safe place like his home with Klee and maybe even Alice.
A lot of times when he's in a safe place he gets nightmares, not only about Draginspine and someone trying to harm him but also his creator.
Luckily, they had always managed to take care of these things without Klee realizing, but one faithfully night where the little girl couldn't sleep, she witnessed his nightmare state.
Not only was he sleeping, but shaking and crying while he was curling into an embryo-like position, sweat falling from his forehead and onto the bed in sync with the tears.
Of course, Klees first instinc was to wake the male, but she had no idea what kind of consequences it'd bring along to do so.
Thus, when the males eyes snapped open, he was still stuck in the middle of his dream and hallucinations playing in front of his eyes like a movie.
He began to yell at Klee, being fully unaware that it was his little sister he was yelling at.
The girl took many steps back, not knowing what to do as she tried to not get attacked by her brother.
Barely half a second later Alice came storming into the room to see what was going on.
She first tried to calm down Albedo before tending to Klee who was obviously in a shocked state.
For a while, Albedo tried to convince Alice to let him leave but she refused to.
When Klee was able to function again, her first reaction was something one truly wouldn't expect.
She latched onto Albedo and hugged him tightly, crying her eyes out on the males shoulders with loud and scared sobs.
For the time being, Albedo didn't understand why Klee did this. Why would one get close and hold onto something that scared and almost hurt them?
Klee had a simple and quite loving answer to his very reasonable question.
"You're Klees brother. If something is trying to hurt you, Klee obviously has to protect you!"
Amd that was honestly all Albedo needed to know.
From that point on, Albedo never slept alone anymore. And thanks to that, his nightmares became less and less over time.
Eventually, the nightmares were forgotten and this little family was as good as it could've ever been.

Alright to set the stage your probably in the Knights of Favonius or some shit idk maybe you work with Albedo or something ifdk let your mind wander ig
But anyway you probably met her through Albedo and he was busy and you had to take care of her
So first instinct is like “She’s a kid, how hard could she be to handle. Right?” WRONG. Like you get to where you are supposed to met her and miss girl is playing with her bomb and so you ask her and she’s like “Oh! It’s a bomb Klee made!” And your sitting their like shell shocked cuz like what other kid is making fucking bombs.
So anyway you ask her what she wants to do and she says fish blasting and so your uhh what’s that and she is like I will show you, so you follow her down to the lake and she started fucking throwing bombs and the fish, so you tell her to stop and they you have a better idea about what to do
Now mind you, you probably have no clue what to do, so you take her down to the statue of seven and you make her a flower crown and you try to teach her that, its like a distraction, but soon after you can see her getting bored of it, so you take her back to the headquarters and you do the only thing you know what to do with kids

So yall get dressed up and you take some of her jumpty dumptys and y’all have a tea party until Jean and Albedo get back
And when Jean realizes that you can take good care of her and she doesn’t break the rules when she is with you
so the wind gliders let them have pseudo flight right? and fire is used to propel shit right?

Ah. So not to burst your bubble, but the fire itself doesn't create thrust.
Physics isn't my strongest subject, so I could be oversimplifying, but to my understanding, the pressure of the gases causes thrust. And I don't think Diluc would have any way to control the gases that come from the combustion of his flames.

I've already kinda talked about this one before, so I'll keep this short.
I do believe that both Kaeya and Diluc had faults during their incident, BUT well Kaeya's being a spy isn't his fault. His choosing the ABSOLUTE WORST time to tell Diluc is. And Diluc's reaction, I still believe, was justified. I mean. Would you have a tempered response?
But let's get to the present. Diluc regrets his actions. But, well, he misses his relationship with Kaeya. He can't bring himself to trust Kaeya again. That little thought. "If he lied about this, what else has he lied about?" And it really hurts Diluc that those are his thought around the person closest to him. But he can't help it.
Kaeya, on the other hand I think is slowly learning that he does have control over his life, and his issues are not Diluc's. He still says pretty terrible things to Diluc, but I believe this is because he's realized how much he hurt Diluc. And that hurt has turned Diluc into his cold, aloof person, who can't trust and can't show emotion. So he says things to try and get some kind of reaction outta Diluc. Kaeya wants Diluc to hate him, to be angry with him. But Diluc really isn't ... and Kaeya can't figure out why.
Klee and Diluc
So I believe that Diluc probably started his training for the Knights around Klee's age... But unlike Klee. He was an official member of the knights instead of this weird in-between that Klee is (See the Wiki and how Klee is put into 'Other') And I'm gonna be honest, Diluc probably realized in his time away his childhood was a little fucky. Like an 8-year-old should not be a knight, an 8-year-old shouldn't be training to be a knight. An 8-year-old... should just be an 8-year-old. So I think Diluc feels a little bit of a duty to prevent what happened to him from happening to Klee. So awkwardly, he'll make a little check-up on her. Often asking if she's doing well if she's getting plenty of time to play and be with her friend If she's getting time with Albedo. Just generally making sure she's getting the support she needs.
Klee, of course, always tells him and goes on happy rambling about how her days have been and her latest adventures. She's slightly bothered that he doesn't smile while they talk (It's not your fault, Klee, my man, just has RBF). So she's just taken to calling him the weird adult, much to Diluc's confusion. Diluc very much enjoys her little ramblings, though, and is very happy she seems to be having a good childhood.
He defiantly had given her notes to give to people that say
"For damage complaints, please see Diluc Ragnvindr."
"If lost, please return to Knights of Favonius or Dawn Winery."
Also, alongside Diona, Klee probably knows the most about Diluc's time away. In the few times they have a little more time to interact, he's taught her little tips and tricks he learned along the way.
Like he taught her how to make dolls out of grass and flowers. And when she asked about it, he just shrugged and told her he picked it up well he was in Liyue. Just little things like that.
Lisa and Diluc
Now I think these 2 started low-key bonding over teaching Razor. He was a little prickly towards her because she had to question him and generally because she's powerful but is just sitting on her abilities.
Lisa is pretty resistant to Diluc's prickliness, mostly cause she understands it. And partly cause Lisa had an excellent gaydar, and we've had this talk before Lesbian just love Diluc. And I think Lisa recognized Diluc as queer before he did, honestly. Like, I put Diluc as Asexual, but this works for anything else too, but Lisa would totally question him about his taste, and he's just so awkward and fun to tease, but it's because of the probing that Diluc realizes... "Oh. I'm not as straight as I thought I was". And Now Lisa is helping him out just kinda deal with it all. She's low-key taken up the job of fielding his marriage proposals and kind of making people back off a little bit. He knows and appreciates it, so he puts up the teasing. And well, she's a little easier on him.
Now around Razor. They are both his teachers. And both love talking about his progress. They often have tea in Diluc's garden, sometimes with Razor playing around in the flowers and having snacks.
Mona and Diluc
So this one is kinda funny to me. Because I think Diluc was Mona's first call of port when she got her place in Mondstadt. And You know she probably thought she had a pretty good chance at getting a study income through Diluc and predicting harvest and weather conditions. And then she probably only got 2 sentences into her pitch before having the door slammed in her face. It probably wasn't till after the 3 or 4 attempts that Diluc finally got a picture of Mona's situation.
And I think he understands her situation, as he's been there before. So the next time she goes buy, he just so subtly informer her that he can't listen to her today because he has an important meeting at the soup kitchen/food bank. Ends up bringer her along does his business, and now she knows where the place is.
Though I still feel like Mona would press the issues as she's kinda seen how nice Diluc is and on top of wanting to pay him back... Also want him to believe in astrology and view her abilities as useful.
So Now Diluc will often just... pay her to leave him alone... Which she's still not thrilled about... But at least she's got a more stable income.

i want to request platonic albedo and klee relationship headcanons, if you don't mind? i personally think that albedo and klee's closeness is rarely exposed explicitly on the game, which i think is kinda sad because i really want to see their siblings bond!! i like to think that klee is also an important individual to albedo, not just the traveler :D

klee loves albedo. she loves everyone, but if she could choose she would definitely spend a whole day with her brother. she's also his biggest fan, always making compliments about how her big bro is the smartest person in the world!
if something happens and klee is sad, she's gonna run into albedo's arms and look for comfort because he's so nice and always give the best hugs. albedo will do everything he can for keeping her precious smile.
in the end of the day, he's the one who brushes her hair and reads a bedtime story. when klee falls asleep, he kisses her forehead whispering "good night".
when klee is having nightmares, she always run into albedo's room and ask if she can sleep with him. even if he's tired, he's going to comfort her and make sure everything is okay.
albedo can't get mad at her even if he tries. klee can destroy an important experiment of his and he's gonna take a deep breath before talking to her. he always ends up patting her head.
klee sometimes will make a whole fuss only to get his attention. she knows it's wrong and she may be in trouble after, but she wants his attention so much.
when albedo is working at his lab and klee is alone in their home, she sleeps on his bed because makes her feels safe. and she's never telling him that because she wants to be a big girl.
albedo spoils her a lot!! everything klee wants, klee will have.
klee wants to hold his hand everytime they're together.
albedo always teaches her how to read, write and draw.
everytime albedo feels stressed he gets better only by looking at her precious smile. she's the cutest little thing and his sweet little sister, he's so lucky to have such wonderful child on his life.
