Albedo, ft Klee!
Often during rainy days Albedo partakes in making more art. He especially enjoys drawing you while you’re watching the rainfall from outside the window. However if Klee is with you guys he likes to do more child-friendly arts and crafts. You can expect for you guys to enjoy these activities for an hour or few. Klee is always so proud of her crafts and drawings, just like most kids she expects you to proudly show off her artwork to the world ( ◠‿◠ )
Xiao!
Xiao normally just attends to his daily duties when it rains. But if you really want to do something with him when it rains he will. Though he will refuse to go do anything dangerous with you, especially when it rains. (see: climbing, fighting, commissions.) These activities already have a risk he just doesn’t want you to slip or something and get hurt, mortals get hurt easier than adepti yk :( Though honestly I think the number one thing he wants to do is just listen to the rain and lay on/next to you. If you have anything you want to get off of your mind this would be the best time as the peacefulness of the weather relaxes him. Often times during these days he’ll lay his head on your lap and slowly drift off into slumber. (_ _).｡o○
Furina!
Despite everything Furina still has some childlike wonder in her. After she becomes human she seems to like and try more little things that make other humans happy too. One of those little things she loves to do is jump in puddles and I’m a firm believer in the fact Furina likes to go puddle jumping! BUT She does not like getting her normal clothes wet so, she has a few different raincoats with matching rain booties to go with them. ♡ She lets out a few giggles every couple jumps. She expects you to also hop in the puddles with her too, so you better suit up soldier! o7

if tension were to be embodied by people it’ll be these 2
due to their past and what happened between these 2 there’s always lingering negativity in the air
kaeya will always jab at diluc and diluc will always have the menacing glare on his face
kaeya’s words may have a playful tone and air to it but there will be lingering hidden thoughts behind
diluc may not jab back with words but the cold, emotionless glare is enough of an answer
though they may fight constantly there’s a mutual agreement between these 2
and that is to keep you safe even if you can fight and protect yourself
both kaeya and diluc have lost important people to them, with their last line being cut by crepus’ death so they can’t afford to lose another
besides have you ever tried making a team with these 2 in it? it’s one of the strongest melt and reverse melt team

His pale hands delicately rest again on the sheer cold metal bars of your cage, a small smile tugs at his thin lips watching you groom your wings ignoring him. You were huddled up on the other side of the cage wrapped in a nest of blankets he had provided when he noticed you shivering on the floor. It had been a few weeks since he had taken you, the wound on your leg had mostly healed enough for you to walk around on it for a short period of time. Albedo has to embark to Monstadt for a meeting with the other knights for a few days which means he will have to leave you alone for a few days. He had just put enough food and water to last you till he gets back, he had been promising you that he would be back as fast as he can, not that you were listening to whatever he was saying.
You weren't as scared of the alchemist anymore, now you were mostly just annoyed by his presence and acts. You knew he was leaving for a bit which gave you more time to think of ways to escape, once you got out you were leaving Dragonspine for good and moving somewhere far. You glance up at him as he takes one final glimpse at your human form murmuring a bye then turns to start his descent down the mountain to the city.

Your ears twitch hearing the crunching of snow, you immediately get on guard of course it could be an animal but Albedo has only been gone for 2 days which was not enough for him to make it to the city and back. Your (e/c) eyes stared at the path leading up to the camp waiting for whatever was out there to show itself, but when Albedo steps out you stare in utter confusion. The man looked like Albedo but there were a few different characteristics like his smell it didn't smell like his captor usually did, he used a different posture, but most of all the golden star-shaped marking on his neck was missing.
He doesn't seem to notice you at first, the Albedo in front of you seemed lost in thought like his mind wasn't with him. He investigates the camp for an instant, only noticing that he wasn't alone when he hears a low baritone growling coming from his right. Spinning around he is met with an alluring sight of a large dragon, it's feather-like scales puffed up on edge, razor-sharp teeth on display. He lets out a gasp shuffling closer to you, his gloved hands gripping onto the cage bars as his eyes seem to sparkle. "Wow, I know he was hiding something but... this is huge" Your keen eyes narrow at him, if you didn't trust the regular Albedo then you sure as shit weren't going to trust this copy of him. "You're absolutely stunning, I couldn't imagine why he would want to hide you away from everyone... well, he was always a greedy man." He was fine until he did something stupid that he would come to regret, it was only when he reached his hand to try to pet you. Within seconds his arm was pinned to the bottom of the cage, your huge claws ripping into his skin tearing it. The man screams out in pain as blood-like liquid pools out from the fresh wounds, he tries to yank his arm from your grasp which only makes the lesion worse.
After a few minutes of struggling you finally let up and he quickly steals his arm back, clutching it to his chest. "You're going to regret that, I'll fucking make sure of it." Fake Albedo curses you out as he stumbles over into the camp to grab some medical supplies Albedo keeps around. You huff at him as you lick off the blood on your claws, if anything he should be glad you didn't take the whole arm from his shoulder.

During the whole meeting with the knights, Albedo was restless his leg bouncing up and down, a look of disinterest displayed across his face. He was scared something could happen to you, someone might find you, or you might even escape and run away. Once the meeting was over he quickly grabs all of his stuff, almost sprinting out of the building. He briskly made his way to the gates and started on his hike to the mountains, if he hurried he could make it by nightfall.
Although I guess luck wasn't on his side as a pair of ruby red eyes follow him, a smile on her face as she sees him. She jogs up to him asking if she could come up with him and stay with him ask Kaeya and Jean are "too busy!" He shakes his head, with a small sorry. "Not right now... maybe later." She pouts and tries to get him to reconsider but he stands firm in saying no. Klee eventually leaves him alone to make the ascend up the mountain, little does he know that she was gonna follow him up the day later after going back and asking Jean.

The clone had bandaged up his arm, now he ambles over towards you, a crazed look in his eye, and a smirk graces his lips. He wields what you could presume is a fairly large dagger, twirling it around in his hand before pointing it at you. "What is it that they say? An eye for an eye?" He jeered at you with a slight sneer at the end, the twin promptly grabs a hold of your horn dragging your head closer to him.
Sheer pain courses through you as the dagger plunges inside your left wing, a howl of pain escapes you as you start to thrash around eyes blown wide but the fake Albedo doesn't cease his grip on you in fact he tightens his grip all the white digging the dagger in deeper. Your large body slams against the cage making it dent out a little. At your pain, the other man lets out a sadistic laugh, now you wished you would have taken his whole arm. The blood that was gushing out was tremendous, if the blood that came out of his arm was big then this was enormous.
A strike from your tail makes him finally let go of the blade and your horn, the panic was now mixing with anger as you see red. A loud snarling sound emits from your throat as you lunge at him, the bars finally snapping from all the burden on them from the past weeks. His laughing falters as a look of dread creeps upon his face, and his sword quickly materialized in his non-damaged hand. A thundering roar left you surged forward knocking him back into one of Albedo's workspaces, letters and paintings were now scattered all across the snow-topped ground. He cursed as he wiped a bit of blood from his split lip, fake Albedo readied his sword with a challenging look in his eyes. "Alright, time to get serious" He taunted with a huff, that crazed look never leaving his aqua eyes.

You both were weak, now huffing for any air that could grace your lungs. Everything you did to him was in vain, if you ripped an arm clean off he would just grow most of it back, of course, you could see that it weakened him each time but he still hurt you more than you could hurt him. You had broad gashes all over your body, with each step or dodge you made they seem to rip more, the camp was now caked in bloodshed, whether it was his or yours is a mystery.
A shout makes both of your heads snap towards the source, it was Albedo. The real Albedo, his sword was already drawn as a look of indignation is laid out across his face. You take this moment as the other Albedo is still in shock to knock him down a peg, you push him down on the red ground claws digging into his chest. What you didn't foresee was the sword stabbed into you, a sound of horror escapes you as he takes his chance to push you off and roll out from under you.
You collapse to the ground as exhaustion takes you, your ears ring as your heart starts to slow. Blood oozing from your wounds seems to never slow, you watch above you as the two Albedos fight. You can somewhat hear them shouting at each other, you can presume they are insulting each other but the ringing is getting louder. Before you close your eyes the real Albedo stabs into the fake, thick oozing "blood" gushes out of the newly made wound. Fake Albedo lets out a screech, dropping his sword and grabbing the one that is sliced through him.
Your vision starts to get blurry before it gives out to the darkness completely, the buzzing that was around you seems to silence as you accept the cold embrace of whatever darkness holds you.

The sound of someone laughing with another, one voice was monotoned and the other was a high-pitched kid's voice. It takes a few tries but eventually your eyes open, a huff of surprise leaves your throat as you stare eye to eye with huge fire-red eyes and a large toothy smile. Your head jerks back as you look from the little human elf thing to the alchemist that was writing something in his notebook or maybe he was sketching you didn't really know and didn't care enough.
You could tell you were still in your dragon form, thinking that makes your eyes snap to your body to look at the injuries. Bandages were all over your body, they were all coated read beneath them. But one thing that drew your notice was your wings, they were clipped to prevent you from flying away, Albedo must've done that while you were out. That high-pitched voice chirps out happily that you were awake, which makes Albedo look over at you with a soft smile. Your brain was running at a million miles right now, all you could think about is what the fuck was happening. Who is this child, where is fake albedo, and how are you alive? The blood on the ground was gone now, not even a drop was in site, the only thing that pointed to a battle here was you.
The elf child kept babbling on about herself, her "brother" or Albedo, whoever this kaeya was, and everything else to you. You try to move your body but even a little shift made a shock of pain course through you. "I wouldn't advise from moving" Albedo drawled out, his eyes not leaving whatever he was doing in that leather notebook. You skewed your head towards the little girl in red as she rest her tiny hands against your snout, not even the slightest bit afraid of you.
With a huge grin, she gazes at you, oh how it made your heart ache to be young again where you never saw the horrors of the world. "I'm Klee! You should already know my brother Albedo!" She laughed, her arms moving around your neck to hug you. "You're so soft and fluffy!" Klee's hands run through your feathers before catching you by surprise again as she stuffs her full face into you giggling. You were always so careful and gentle with children, you could never bring yourself to hurt them in any way.
"Klee maybe you should get some sleep, it's getting quite late I already have your bed ready." Albedo says with a smile towards her, as she pulls back frowning complaining that you were comfier than the makeshift bed but he eventually got her off you and into bed by the warm fire. Only once he said it did you notice it was nearing night, dusk quickly approaching.
You took this time of him tucking her in and reading her a story to examine the rearranged campsite, some paintings, and drawings of you were hung up on the walls surrounding the camp. Your ear twitches as you hear Albedo shuffling to get up, setting the book of fairytales on the nearest desk. His ocean eyes snap over to you, he still holds that nice smile there was no malicious intent behind it you could detect. "Now that she is asleep, you must have so many questions, hm?" He quips, his eyebrow raised with a playful smile tugging at those pale thin lips. You nod as he chuckles and moseys over towards you, sitting down against you as he recalls everything that happened.
Finally, he lets out a yawn as he closes his eyes and starts to drift, it bewildered you that he was so calm that you were out and could run. Well, could try to run with your injuries. Shaking your head, you rest it against the ground staring at the flames flickering against the cold air getting lost in the sea of your thoughts. The thing that rips you out of that sea was the fact another body curls up to Albedo and you, your (e/c) eyes shift over to see Klee and Albedo using you as a bed. This pulled your heartstrings, of course as soon as you were better you would get the hell out of there but something made you long for this. A family. One that you didn't have since humans were greedy creatures, they take and take never giving back till nothing stands. You were the last of your kind, your species of dragons now thought to be extinct for decades.

You awoke to the smell of eggs and meat cooking, sniffing the air your mouth watering, and the smell made your belly grumble. You open your (e/c) eyes, glancing down at yourself and realizing you are in your human form. One of Albedo's coats was wrapped around your body, not that you needed it but the coat was soft and comfy so who were you to complain? Looking back up you see Albedo and Klee laughing about something before Albedo glances at you with the biggest smile you have seen from him. "Look like someone is having a bad hair day." He chuckles out, you only responding with a small growl still too tired to say anything. "Hungry?"
Albedo goes back to working on things at his workspace as Klee now bothers you, asking you a million questions a second before she gasps quickly pushing your head to the side lightly. "LOOK! You have the same marking as Albedo on the side of your neck!" She shouts excitedly in your ear which makes you flinch a little, you move your fingers over the area in question and she was right. You could feel the mark on the side of your neck, it felt like a birthmark or a mole. You were stunned that was never there, and you knew that.
You look at Albedo but he just has a sly smirk on his face, as he shrugs. "I have to mark what's mine, right?" He says smugly to you, Klee not hearing it as she blathers on about how cool it was that you and Albedo are connected. Oh, how he was gonna be the death of you.
Also, you guys won't believe it but I have ANOTHER Albedo x M! reader in my drafts. He's not even my favorite character but he's so fun to write. (Also got a childe fic too but idk if I will finish it.) Someone pls send in a Diluc request cause I wanna write for him but I got no clue for a plot

Once, you had taught her to be prideful of her species, of her special ears and tail, of her night vision and enhanced senses. It was something that she needed to know.
You had heard constantly about customers getting way too drunk and pulling on her tail and ears, or even asking her to meow for them.
It was completely inappropriate and you had no respect for such things.
Being the good older sibling and/or parental figure for her, she had always advised her to approach Jean, Amber, Eula, or yourself if you were around whenever trouble stirred up in the Cat's Tail.
When she approached you with a stern scowl on her face, the only thing that seemed out of place for this serious look of hers was her upright ears and her tail facing you - which meant she was happy that you were back in Mondstadt.
She had suggested a game plan to stop and get back at her patrons and needed your help for just a single shift at the bar. You immediately concurred with her suggestion.
Though, you would have thought twice if you knew what she needed your help with.
"Your gr-!" A patron barged in, "ace...?"
There you were, a face as red as a tomato, cat ears adorning your hair, and a tail to match at your back.
"W... welcome."
You couldn't believe you were doing this, but there was no backing out now.
Diona seemed to be quite content with you being here. None of the patrons seem to be bothering her, some might have even woken up from their drunken stupor because of you.
Of course, you weren't a big fan of how the master plan turned out. However, she seems to be quite comfortable now and is even chatting with a few patrons.
"You owe me a drink, alcohol-free please." You remarked.
Diona grinned, "On the house for you, your grace!" She slid the drink to you.
You sighed and took a small sip as many of the customers left due to either shock from you, or the fact that most of them have been staying here overnight.
You slowly pat her head, softly scratching behind her ears. "Good work."
Klee
You never expected to be babysitting when you have the position of a literal deity, though it wasn't as bad as you expected. Once in a while, Klee would cling to you during your visit to Mondstadt, and - oh boy - she would not let go of your clothing.
"B- but! Can't I just see their grace for a while longer?" Klee sniffles audibly to Albedo, "Last time they went on their super-duper longggggg trip, I didn't see their grace for... for... years!"
It was just a month or so, but I think time passes by much quicker in a child's mind.
With her whines and complaints and Albedo's sudden busy schedule because he had pushed some of his experiments aside to see you when you visited, Albedo had no choice but to agree.
And let me tell you, Klee can be coth a ball of absolute sunshine and joy, but also completely obliterate the fish ponds in your personal garden that the Hydro Archon and Dendro Archon built personally for you.
When she was chided especially by Venti since, in her own words, "Mr. Zhongli and Ms. Ei look too scary!"
Once, during your trip to Wuwang Hill in search of Hu Tao's assistance, Klee desperately wanted to join you and you decided to take her along.
Maybe, just maybe, you should have told her about the courage test going on around there.
Cardboard ghosts scared the life out of her, screams from distance caused her legs to begin to shiver, and the cold atmosphere and mist made everything worse in Klee's ruby eyes.
She spots a sign ahead of her and points to it, catching your attention. 'Hold your loved one's hands during this eerie adventure! Be careful about what lurks in the dark and stay together!'
"Hold my hand, your grace!!" She lets go of the fabric of your clothing, and reaches her hand out to you, "The sign said to hold your loved one's hand!"
A soft laugh escapes your lips and you bend down slightly and she wraps her small hand around your index finger, a gentle grip on it as you swing your arm and her's back and forth.
"Let's go visit Hu-, the mysterious ghost sister, alright?" You happily exclaimed.
"Is the ghost sister scary?"
You shook your head, "No! After all, I think you'll be fond of her."

It was rather a sunny day and you decided to do your daily errands! As you were just doing your errands and was looking for apples until Jean has offered you to babysit Klee since they (Kaeya and Jean) seemed to be busy and has something urgent to go to. You were shocked at first because it's The acting grandmaster JEAN was offering YOU to babysit the spark knight KLEE??? WHAT???!? But after some time of you considering you agreed.
When you arrived, Klee greeted you sweetly "Oh, Oh! Are you my babysitter?" The young child asked and you nodded and once Klee has heard it she widened her eyes and jumped many time out of excitement, "What's your name miss? You seem like a fun friend!" Friend? Klee sees your as a friend even when you both just met? That's cool, "You can call me [name]" you said and smiled at the smiling little girl. The girls smile really made your day a bit better
After your introduction with Klee Master Jean called you to tell you the rules and instructions.

After all of that you and Klee waved goodbye to Master Jean and Kaeya. "Yey yey! I'm excited to do fun stuff with you Miss [name]!" Klee said excitingly PLS HER SMILE IS SO CUTE
After that Klee said she wanted to draw something so you handed her a piece of paper and things to use for coloring, Klee told you not to look because the thing she is drawing is "special". You wondered what it is, is it a flower? Is it Jean? Or maybe its you?
You waited for her to finish drawing until you heard the little girl speak again "I have a brother that draw too! Like Klee, he's good at drawing" She said with a smile :D you smiled back and said "That's wonderful, Klee :)".
You were still waiting while also guarding Klee and taking short breaks to eat snacks, stretch, etc...
"Miss [name], Look! I drew you!" You stared at her drawing wide eyed as she held it up just below her chin looking proud as she should "Thank you Klee! I appreciate it" She smiled because she knew you liked it. Some time has passed while you and Klee were talking with each other and you decided why not go out and maybe go fishing with Traveler? If they're free at the moment of course, traveler is also your friend after all "Klee, do you wanna go fish with Traveler?" Klee nodded and got ready alongside with Klee
As you were finding traveler with Klee holding your hand you found traveler fishing already! "Hey traveler" you said while Klee waved for her to notice her presence. "Oh hi [name]! What're you up to? And hi Klee:) are you out to play?" Traveler greeted you while also asking Klee with curiosity "Nope! Me and miss [name] are here to fish!" The little girl says, "Ahh I see, well do you guys wanna join me?" Klees eyes brighten up and nodded. "Hm how about let's play 'Catch the fish to win a reward' so this won't be to boring to you, Klee" you said, Klee thought about it for a moment and soon agreed
"This is fun!" Klee said as you held her hand and guided her arms and hands while she is fishing 'maybe babysitting Klee isn't so bad after all' (you also found her adorable and sweet) after fishing you said your goodbyes to traveler and now since Klee has caught a fish, she needs a reward! And her reward is that you and Klee can play what're she wants. She offered to play you agreed
You were counting till 15 while Klee is finding a spot to hide in, after you finished counting you went out to find where Klee is. You had a bit of struggle but you managed to find her anyway, "That was fun Miss [name]! I hope we could do this more" The little girl sajd

Time has passed and it was the the end of the day and the both of you had returned back home (or what place you want to be in) you're waited patiently for them to arrive 'today sure was a fun one huh'. They've finally arrived, "Thank you for looking after Klee, [name] " Jean smiled sweetly at you Klee on the other hand is clutching your clothes because she doesn't want you to leave yet "Miss [name] please don't go yet :(" Klee said with a pout with tears threatening to spill
After assuring Klee you can play tommorow (if possible) and after struggling to leave, you finally bid farewell to them, 'maybe I can babysit Klee more often..' you thought as you left

bzzzz… bzzzz…
albedo’s phone vibrates in his pocket, alerting the both of you. as a result, you look over to see your boyfriend standing up from one of the kitchen stools. turning to face you as he opens his mouth to speak, “love, can you get klee while i check on the cookies?” he asks as he walks over to the newly baked tray of sugar cookies. “of course,” you replied, walking straight down the hallway to the child's bedroom.
“klee, dear, the cookies have cooled down,” knocking on the door as you called.
it wasn't long before the door swiftly swung open revealing a little girl about to explode from excitement. her eyes sparkling from the sugary scent filling her nose. “hooray!” she exclaimed in a fit of enthusiasm as she ran out the door and into the kitchen area.
you seated yourself next to klee as albedo set out the assorted batch of cookies on a cooling tray. you stared at the variety of cookie shapes, which included Christmas trees, snowflakes, stars and somehow dodocos. you shrugged it off assuming that it was one of alice’s gifts to klee.
you never really got the family dynamic if you're being honest. you're not saying that there's anything wrong with it, it's just klee barely sees her mother. if it were you and your family, you sure you could cope but not like klee. the girl has never noticed anything wrong with it. you supposed that alice tries her hardest to keep her connection with her even if she’s not around most of the time.
coming back to your senses as albedo asked you if you wanted to decorate one. “yes, of course,” you smiled as you snatched a snowflake-shaped cookie from the tray along with an icing bag with blue-coloured icing inside. looking over at albedo and klee as they started decorating their selective cookies; albedo icing a star and to no one's surprise, klee, a dodoco.
by the time you three had finished icing klee returned to her room while you and albedo were left with twelve very different-looking cookies on the rack. you say that but it was obvious who had iced each one. klee’s being the three dodocos and albedo doing most of the stars and some of the christmas trees, while you did the leftovers.
you let out a sigh as you picked up the washcloth, getting reach to wipe the kitchen counter. as you turned on the tap to run the cloth under, you felt a familiar pair of arms wrap around your waist. you turned off the tap and rested your hand down like it was instinct. your body eased into his embrace, down his head on your shoulder as you swayed together in tune.
“what's on your mind, love?”
his cold breath on your neck made you wriggle in his arms, albedo always had that effect on you. you chuckled to yourself before replying, “i don’t know, it's just...” you paused, ringing out the cloth as a way to stall.
noticing your hesitation, albedo took your free hand in his, squeezing just a little as a means of comfort. “it’s okay, love, you can tell me,” he reassured, as she brought the back of your hand to his lips.
“i can’t, i,” you halted again.
“i’m just tired, that's all,” you shook your head, avoiding speaking your mind.
“i can tell you're worried, love,” albedo said as he spun you around to face him. you two moving closer and closer to each other before there was no longer a gap. just you two encased in each other's warmth.
“is it klee?”
you hummed into the crook of his neck. you breathed in to prepare yourself for what was to come, “don’t you think it's a little strange that alice might not be with her for christmas? i know klee never has any expectations but wouldn’t it be nice.” you confessed, looking up at your lover.
“don't doubt miss alice, she's always full of surprises. even then, klee’s a big girl, she can handle it.” albedo smiled.
“but big girls like klee still need their mother,” you said, attempting to reason with him.
“you're right,” he agreed before planting a kiss on your forehead. his fingers entwined in yours as he pulled away from your embrace. “come, let's go check on klee. she probably wants to taste the cookies by now.”
