Something to marble at
The second of the anniversary models is for the Stormcast Eternals. I have a Lions of Sigmar army for the Stormcasts, but I’ve kept them all as Sacroscants. The anniversary model is a Knight-questor, so I decided not to do it as a Lion. I’ve been considering doing some sort of marble-themed Cities of Sigmar army in the future, and decided that this model might make good practice model.
I’m very happy with the look of the marble, but I totally blew the face. I painted it twice, and nearly ruined the entire thing.
The beginning of my newest army. My Knight-Questor and my first unit of Liberators. I am really enjoying working on the Stormcasts, they are big, bulky, with a sort of Roman-Greek ascetic which I love. Also fun and quite simple to get a decent paint job going on them! Only 80 or so others to do haha. Work in progress I guess.
Ser Aethos Daramont, Knight-Questor of the Antaean Legion
More stuff done from Silver Tower, as my Isolation Project continues! My partner and I decided to play through the first trial, and as such I figured that slapping some paint on all the minis would be a good thing to work towards.
Sent by the God-King Sigmar, Ser Aethos descends into the depths of the Silver Tower with one goal and one goal alone in mind: Seek out the Gaunt Summoner who rules over the tower, and put the foul daemon to the sword.
Completed Stormcast heroes so far. Lord-Relictor, Lord-Celestant, Knight-Questor and Neave Blacktalon (Knight-Zyphor) and my test gryphhound. When I have finished the basing of the Liberators they can joint them. Then just the Judicators to do and I will have actually completed my first few units!
I'm so proud of my Knight-Questor. Loving the colour scheme and the base. More photos of my army to come
